    Crump and Company was hired maybe 8-10 months ago to install our shower doors in our new build house and do grid work with black metal on our doors. The job is not complete and demanded payment to finish the job, We paid him and its still not complete. The work that has been done, is not done properly. I have picture documentation on how the job should be verses how it ***** has left it. I asked him to please refund us and sent him all the pictures and his response was ***** never get a refund from us.

    Crump and Company installed shower doors in our house with a 1 yr warranty in Feb '23. The doors were not properly installed and slammed into each other. I asked for drawings to order new doors out of my own pocket and Crump insisted they would fix the problem. I got stood up for two appointments, but finally they came by two weeks later (May 18). When they came to fix the door they were adamant that it fit when they installed it. They used a box cutter and cut up the seals to try and make it fit. When that didn't work they used an impact gun to try and tighten up the hinges and ended up cross-threading the screws. Finally, they accepted defeat and said they would have to order a new door, free or charge. The next 6 weeks progressed with me constantly texting, calling and emailing for updates. I got many responses for "tomorrow", "next week", etc. They still wouldn't give out dimensional drawings or contact info for their manufacturer. On June 28 they said it would be delivered July 10th. July 11th rolls around and it wasn't delivered. At this point they said they would not deliver and I would have to pick up the door on Friday, July 14th. I show up at their office on July 14th and they can't find the door. They said they would deliver it the same day. Two weeks go by and no delivery. I call them again multiple times and they said they cracked the door - they offered a replacement or said I could drop by their office for a check. I've been to their office multiple times and they are never there. They won't return calls or emails. I am at a loss trying to work with them - they won't even help me out with dimensions or manufactures to buy my own door. I still have a door that doesn't fit, seals that are cut up and a hinge with stripped screws that I had to cut up with an abrasive saw just to get off the wall.
