    The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Numerous times scheduled to install my window and did not show or call. ***** promised my window was in and would get iinstalled next week. It has been 9 months of waiting and numerous excuses and ***** continues to promise next week.

    Buyer beware! Received quote by text to reinstall shower glass. Scheduled and waited several times for completion. Owner never indicated any additional fees when he was in our home. Yet they charged our credit card nearly TWICE the quoted cost. Repeatedly was told they would fix it but weeks later we are pursuing legal action. Beyond unprofessional!
