Paid for a Bible on January 19th 2025 with gold lettering on the outside with President trumps name on it they said it was delivered yesterday on February 11th2025 but I never received it as of today February 12th 2025 I want my money back if I can't get my Bible that I ordered they took the money out of my bank on January 21st 2025Business Response

On January 19, 2025 I Saw an Ad on TV for ************************** from *** ********* for Bibles. I went online and ordered 2 Bibles that were supposed to come with a *** ********* Cd. I PAID $142.43. and didnt hear anything else till they sent an email to sell something else. Thats when I inquired about my original order. I got an email that it had been Canceled at my request. I NEVER REQUESTED IT to be Canceled and told them that. Then I got another Email saying that a Representative accidentally cancelled it but I could PAY $76.40 to Complete my Purchase because they couldnt Reinstate the 1st Order! What? I mailed them back and they said I would get my Refund in 2 or 3 Business days from it was Refunded. I ask WHEN it was Refunded and if it was for the Full Amount of $142.43 and have Not heard anything else back from them! Terrible **************** and Communication!!! I just want my money back now!!!!! I The only thing I was ever given from the start is the Order number. Please Help!Business Response

I ordered 2 God Bless the USA Bibles on April 1st. Order # ***** I never received a tracking number from the company. Nothing. After 3 weeks, I reached out to the company by email as there is no customer service phone number provided. They responded that both Bibles were shipped to me on April 15th. I emailed back to them that I did NOT receive the Bibles. But. No one would answer my numerous emails. I have not been able to get anymore communication from them. Order #***** Order date: 4/4/24 I did not want to have to resort to filing a complaint. I ordered a bible 2 weeks ago. Not only has it not arrived, I received no tracking info or tracking #. I have reached out to customer service 3 or 4 times with no response back. This company promotes quick shipping. So either this company is a scam or this is false advertising. It is very concerning that I cant get in contact with anyone, after several attempts. I am concerned I will not be getting it.Business Response

We do have some new drivers who are still learning the area. This is a garbage service that is supposed to come every friday. And every single week my garbage sits in front of my house, 2 cans, waiting for pick up till sometime between mk day and wednesday ofbthe following week. Not only is it attracting flies and animals at the curb but also at my house due to not having a can for current garbage being collected during those days from regular household food. Its August in **, not a pretty odor. Phone call after phone call with empty promises of service. But they make sure to get their bills out on time. I FEEL ITS EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES and I am beginning to feel taken advantage of as a customer. There is no recourse for garbage not being picked up on time. Also I know they do this to all customers around this area. They all complain about it on social media. They should atleast credit us evrytime they dont pickup within 24hrs. Also not advertise what they cannot honestly do. Also future customers should know what they are getting themselves into.Business Response

The representative that received the voicemail issued a credit and put in a work order to retrieve extra bags placed by cart on Friday. I truly understand the frustration and the inconvenience we have caused you. Over the last couple months we have had some operational issues which has caused some delays in service. I have called in MULTIPLE times to report the trash hasnt been picked up. Several times they said they would put in a work order and have it resolved. It has now been 2 weeks and my garbage is still sitting outside. They keep giving me credits to my account because this has happened so much I am now paid up for the entire year. This is absolutely HORRIBLE service. The garbage that is sitting outside is attracting wild animals and ALL of my neighbors are complaining and concerned as well. Please help!Business Response

We have faced some operational challenges over the last couple of months which has caused the delays in service. We are working to get this corrected. Per our operations department your three (3) carts we emptied yesterday at 12:16 pm. We know this was not your scheduled day. We did send notifications out regarding when you would be serviced through our WasteConnect app and by automated call, along with a response to an email received regarding being missed.
