    This company is the WORST! Most in my neighborhood have already transitioned to other companies and today was the final straw for me as well. I live on a long street in a community that has a cul-de-sac at the end. As such, the truck drives down the road and collects the trash opposite my house, turns around in the cul-de-sac, then usually picks up my can on the way back out. Today, i didn't have my can at the street as he drove to the cul-de-sac...but was able to roll to the street and return back inside my home. I was shocked when he drove past my garbage can and didn't pick up. I called their office immediately and simply advised I'll have to wait until next week.I've lost count with how many times this company has delayed service from their scheduled pick up on Friday to sat, Monday...or possibly the following week. But today takes the cake.
