    DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership, I repeat DO NOT. This dealership is dishonest and refuses to take responsibility for issues with a truck I purchased 4 days ago (05/08/2023). Yesterday (05/11/2023) I took the truck in to have it aligned as it seemed to be pulling to the left, hours later my mechanic called and informs me the truck needs to have new ball joints, rack and pinion and tie rods, estimated to cost over $3000. When contacted, the dealership claims to have known nothing about these issues and states something must have happened to the truck once I drove off the lot or that my mechanic must be trying to scam me, neither is true. I hope anyone who thinks about buying from here will reconsider.

    ???? AVOID AT ALL COSTS???? Power On Auto, LLC Traded my Jeep in about 4-5 months ago for a 2015 ***** 3 sport with 24k miles and have had NOTHING but issues!!! Got there to pickup my car and the airbag sensor was on but they made me drive it home with it screaming at me until they could get it in to fix it . The left speaker was busted, the air vents are both broke as well as the steering wheel being crooked. They assured me they would fix everything but indeed did not. Kept telling me for 2 months my air vent were in but would never put them in. The car had get up and go power untill they claimed they had to send the airbag chip off to get re set only to come and find out they did NOT take it to ***** like they told me they instead took it to some side shop cause my car came back ALL MESSED UP. And then tried to blame me for it when I sent them pics and videos at their car lot and even when I got home. They messed the whole front bumper up. Looks like they took a screwdriver to pry it off the clips and broke all the clips, dented tf out of where they done it, chipped paint the whole way around with whatever they were trying to do, my lights are hardly holding on now due to whatever they done. Very rude one you actually buy a car from them and are stuck with no way out. I have witnesses that went with me and everything. The car still isnt fixed and I still owe 13k and some change. ??worst place to go. Not to mention they force you to fill out a review on the Better Business Bureau while your there the first time so that when problems start coming up they have that out of the way which Im pretty sure is illegal.
