    Huh, can't leave ZERO stars.Filters NOT VERY Fast On May 10th I ordered 2 Pentek RFFE20-BB, for $308.40.On May 29th, I checked their web site and the filters had not shipped. I texted them and amazingly, I heard back right away. The filters were not in stock. Was there a notice on their web site that these filters were not in stock? No.When I placed my order was there a note that these filters were not in stock? No. Moments after I placed my order my card was billed, and they had no intention of shipping anything! Not even an email or text telling me these filters were not even in stock! But they billed my card!In the text I was told the filters had an estimated date to ship on June 6th.On June 10th I get the "Please give us feedback email".But STILL no filters! And they want feedback?On June 13th I get an email saying the filters shipped.On June 15th, I get another email "How would you rate your experience?" Still no filters!Within a couple of days I finally got my filters, and, it only took 6 *********, could it get any faster than that? I'll never do my shopping here. Never again. NOT VERY FAST FILTERS.What do you get from these people? Spam, and lots of it. Every single day, sometimes twice a day. None of it is 'oh by the way, what you ordered is not in stock but we billed your card anyway'.

    I order filters DA97-15217D on 5/20/2025, it is now 6/21/2025 and I have not received my filters fully paid for.

    Outstanding service and very helpful in ordering my filters for my refrigerator and furnace. I have always had issues finding filters for my furnace at my local hardware stores. Now, I just go to reorder and the order is done, fast and extremely efficient.

    Purchased the main filter for my hot tub It was a quality filter equal or better to the original that came with the hot tub.A good price for quality product with quick delivery.

    I order all my household filters from Filters Fast and have never had a problem. The items come in a timely manner, well packaged and to the specifications I ordered. The furnace/AC filters, sediment water filter cartridge, and the Brita(type) water filters and they have all been good quality.

    Purchased what was listed as an April **** filter for my April **** HVAC filter. It was a bit cheaper than other suppliers so I bought it. Unfortunately it is not a filter made by the *** (April ****), but instead a cheaper house brand filter. Not impressed as the media is not as thick or robust, and they slightly altered the design. I will use the filters but will not buy again from Filters Fast.Filters Fast would do well to make it perfectly clear that the product they are selling is not the *** product.

    The filters are a perfect fit! I recently purchased my home; the air filter for my Carrier Heat Pump was not the correct size and was actually being sucked upwards out of place. When I tried to find the correct size, I found nothing that gave the specs. At that point, I had only the measurement I took. I entered my model number in a ****** Search and it pulled up the FiltersFast site. Their cross-reference was dead on. I received the filters quickly and they fit perfectly. Plus, the quality of the filters is very good, especially when compared to what I was fiinding locally. I will definitely be ordering again when I need to get more filters.
