    I paid the business 20k to do a job. They only completed half the job, and though i have tried contacting them repeatedly, they have ignored me and still havent done 10k worth of the job. I want my money back.

    ***** M&M to build a patio, fireplace, outside kitchen, and shed. They started work Aug 2022.They've completed maybe 60% of the project but have quit showing up and are not returning calls or emails for over a month.They have been paid for the majority of this project - $142,000+They owe us a lot of equipment and services that have been paid for including:- appliances: smoker, griddle, deep fryer - TV and sound system - Fencing - Drainage - stone work - electrical & plumbing - sod - much more There was no reason given for the stoppage and we are unable to communicate with them - even after going by their place of business - they would not answer the door. My father (85 years old) and I have both paid a lot of money only to be seemingly swindled. Any help you can provide will be truly appreciated.
