This is the 4th home I have poured this exact same color and stamp at and this is by far the worst work I have ever seen. Unfortunately they weren't even the cheapest contractor so if your budget permits I would be very cautious working with ******* and ********, even with things in writing they will still break the contract. Please note the work in the pictures is after they came back to "fix it" once already. They stained and sealed it but didn't bring enough stain so instead of getting more they "tried to make it work" which caused them to have to strip it and try to re-stain and seal. The project was a problem from the start. First they began scrapping the yard a day before it rained for a week so for over a week my entire back yard was a mud pit. They also damaged the electrical going to my pool, tore up my drainpipe for my water filtration system and damaged multiple underground drains, NONE of which they repaired. The work is poor quality at best. It has been 2 months and I have major cracks going in multiple directions, I have pieces of concrete already chipping and leaving jagged edges, the color is absolutely horrible and inconsistent, it is not graded properly causing water to pool in my brand new $27000 patio. Now some of the actual install issues. I told ******* where I wanted the dirt they removed, all they did was push it to the back of the yard into a big pile, I told ******* where the trucks could drive due to my septic tank, they drove within 3' of my septic covers causing the ground to sink almost 8" so I now have multiple ruts in my yard, we had to relocate my propane tank which took multiple phone calls to get them back out to do and then it doesn't even get placed where it was supposed to. I was charged over $500 for the drylok which should have been included in the price from the start. My patio is literally 3 different colors, looks as if it was done at different times.
