    Worked great until it didnt. Over 2K only 18 months ago for system. Had one pump that needed to be ***laced, and yesterday the pad leaked. Pulled the bed apart, washing, drying all fabrics from sheets, mattress encasements, foam, floor, etc. ************** and *** said their warranty is for 12 months. The best they could do was offer ***lacement pad for discount of 25%, so I would have to pay $480! Stay away from this company - Trust those negative reviews you read.

    This company (both it's old and new iteration) makes poor quality products that break frequently. Their old company offered reasonable customer service. The new company does not care about you once they have your money. We bought a King size dual-zone Ooler in 2020. During the first 2 years, both heating/cooling units had to be repaired for different reasons. In the third year, one unit died and the company offers no option for repair, paid or under warranty. A few months later, the second unit finally also died. That's 3 breakdowns for each unit in 3 years, even after following all of the required maintenance. For over $1200, this is not the quality of service one should expect.

    Sleepme, formerly Chilipad produces a great product that works! When I first purchased the product a little over 3 years ago and had a problem after a few months, a broken cap, they sent me two very quickly. About 4 months after the 3 year warranty expired the product failed. They are now owned by Sleepme Inc. I could only contact them from their website. No phone number to call. I just wanted to know if they had any ideas on a way to fix the problem. They immediately sent an email back stating they would respond within 10 business days. It has now been 15 business days. Based on the other comments I just read, I doubt if they respond. The original owner seemed interested in sleep problems, but I guess selling the company and gaining some cash was a better answer for her sleep problems. If you buy the product, the lowest priced system is now $649. It will probably work for a while and you will soon rely on it. Don't expect any kind of customer service should it fail within a warranty period. Guess, I better try to find another way to cool my mattress.

    I washed the cover as instructed by the paperwork that came with the sleepme system. As soon as I put the cover back on my bed and connected the cord to it, it started leaking. I have called and emailed 6 times and I have never received a email or call back. Very disappointed. Paid a lot of money for something that worked for 6 months. I would run fast from this company

    Agree with prior reviews-no customer service-It is as if we the consumers- spent 10$. Do not recommend this product or cheap company to my worse enemy. Buyer dont beware dont buy from then

    The product was nice while it worked. But it broke down rather quickly. I followed all instructions for cleaning and maintenance (a total pain, I might add, and something that's not thoroughly explained before you purchase). Despite these efforts, it's still absolutely useless. Unfortunately, it's a complicated product, but customer service is nonexistent. I have submitted requests and follow-up emails over several weeks for help and service (repair? return?). So far, I've received one automated reply. Online chat? That's a bot repeating the same info. A human being answering a phone? Forget it. After the initial sale, you're stuck, and they seem to have no incentive for customer retention. The concept is good, theoretically. But in reality, the product does not last and is not worth the money (that I wish I had not spent). I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

    **************** is non-existent, and the control units are complete c*** One of our two units started leaking in the first 6 months, and the second one started leaking after 10 months. When we returned them for repair (on our own dime), we were told that one of the units was irreparable and were offered a discount on a refurbished unit. Unfortunately the refurbished units are NEVER in stock. The second unit started leaking 2 months after the repair was complete, and now I am unable to get any response from customer service to rectify the situation.

    I have an Ooler system for our bed and needed help with the product and they have absolutely no customer service. I tried reaching out in several ways with no response. I would not recommend buying from this company.
