    My understanding is they went out of business leaving their customers without any way to repair/replace defective equipment. You can dispute the charge on your credit card but you have approx 3 months to do so.

    Have tried getting into contact with company left several messages , emailed several times, NO RESPONSE . Horrible customer service and I now I hear the company is closed.

    Sleepme NEVER responds. I've sent numerous emails, left numerous phone messages, tried the "live support" (it's an automated-response computer, and no matter what you do you never get to speak to, or hear from, a real person). A warranty is pointless if you can't contact the company to request warranty services. I used to endorse this product, but will never do so again. I paid a lot of money for a product I was only able to use a handful of times!

    I have been trying to get in contact with someone from Sleep.me for over a month now without any response. I have a dock pro system purchased brand new in October 2022 and the unit is using too much water per their help article on the website and more recently the sleeping pad developed a water leak during their required maintenance. I have emailed their support email, called their phone number and left messages, and messaged their web page without any response July 5, July 6, July 9, August 7. Unfortunately nothing is happening. It is very disappointing that Sleep.me ignores its customers who need warranty help (my 1 year will be here in October). Ironically, they did respond to my request for buying the System Cleaner (I had it being shipped to the wrong address and they fixed it). Maybe they are just responding to purchase requests and not any requests for help. This is very frustrating! At this point I either need the entire system replaced since every part has an issue with it, or I need a refund processed for the original order.

    Poor business practices. Nonexistent customer service. Unable to contact anyone for assistance. Be warned, when you need help, you will never hear back from this company. They only care about making the exchange in money and product, they dont care about their customers. I have a broken device and cannot get a hold of a representative to help me resolve the problem.

    My sleep tracker stopped working a few months ago. I have sent several emails, called, tried to do the online chat with a "live" person (but there was never a live person). I CANNOT get anyone to respond to me and it has been over two months. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. It is essentially non-existent.

    Product is effective in cooling bed HOWEVER it generates significant heat into room. **************** after purchase is very poor. Management doesnt respond to emails and no contact number is posted. ADVISE against purchasing product because of extremely unresponsive customer support.

    Can't get costumer service to even return a call or multiple emails. Ooler Sleep system stopped working in 1.5 years ($900 system). Don't purchase or buy from them since they don't seem to care about their reputation or products.
