Disappointed in ************** and NO Confidence Vote We purchased from Lumina Sun in April 2022 and had installation completed at two homes, the sales presentation was crafted to represent a way to increase the value of our home, eliminate our electric billing with a 1 to 1 system for production and contribute to the overall sustainability of planet earth.Since the installation of these panels at our home in *********, ************** these panels have failed to produce a fraction of their capabilities, and only causing our solar expense and electric expense to surpass any billing weve had previously with ************ After several attempts to obtain customer service for several months, a crew arrived on Wednesday, October 12th. This crews main objective was to strip and reconnect wires, which they completed. However, since that time the system production has decreased by 50% bringing production to 25% of system design.Everyday last week (week of 10/17 - 10/20) I sent daily videos of the sun on our house and the production ranging from below **** Kw to just under **** Kw. We were sold and purchased a system designed to produce ****** *************** of energy sufficient for our needs.Customer service has been substandard, no one at the company can tell us if all our panels are functioning properly, wired properly and/or they have qualified technicians with the skills to determine the problem with confidence in their findings.We CANNOT recommend this company to anyone and advise all to decline their services. They are unable to come through on their promises and we have developed no trust in their professional standards or abilities.Sincerely,******************

1 starLumina sun, solar panels system hasnt work right since I got them. I have been calling off and on for about two years. Im losing so much money paying electric and loan bills. The panels dont even come close to offset the cost to me. I have called ********************* many times and she doesnt pick up her phone most of the time and Im getting the run around. I dont want these Im tired of being cheated.
