    I was really trying to like this management company after they took over for the worst real estate company Ive had the displeasure of knowing. Breeden doesnt seem much better really. They seemed nice enough. They dont really respond to emergency maintenance requests. I had my fridge go out twice, under the old management and this current one. After a request, nearly a week of waiting, and several phone calls, I was informed that there was nothing they could do about all of the food I had just purchased and suggested that I get a cooler. I had to throw away so much wasted money waiting for them. Mind you I was told hours after I made a request that someone would be along to fix the issue that day. I saw several maintenance employees fixing things in vacant rentals before they even considered addressing mine, even replaced a fridge for a vacant rental the same day I was seen. They came and fixed a latch on my dishwasher door faster than they have fixed the fridgea literal bandaid issue.Secondly, I put in a request to have my master bathroom toilet plumbing checked the evening of Tuesday, July 30. It wont drain and is nearly on the brink of overflow. Ive been able to mitigate it for a little bit, but its all temporary fixes. I have been sick & needed my toilet but cant. Never received a written response from them. ***** the maintenance guy showed up on my doorstep Friday, August 2 without a notification from the maintenance portal. He came over throughout the day trying to troubleshoot after we had already bought and used a drain snake and pipe declogger. ***** ended up replacing the toilet, but that didnt even work. We FINALLY received a notification saying to be on the lookout for a plumbers response a week after our request. ***** came back Aug. 6 to snake again to no avail. No one has reached out and the smell of a clogged toilet worsens. It is now Friday, August 9 and nothing. This week nearly everyone got their septics drained except for us.
