I purchased a building from Carport Central in January 2024, with an initial promise of delivery in June. After being informed it would be delivered in August then again on September 9th it's now October, and I still have not received my building.When I reached out to Carport Central for updates, they directed me to contact the manufacturer directly. However, I bought the building from Carport Central, not the manufacturer, and my calls to the manufacturer have gone ************* this point, I want my deposit back. My experience with Carport Central has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel misled. I would not recommend this company.Carport Central Inc.

They are a scam they took my money and lied to me as well never received a product nor a refund for my money on my product I was supposed to receive. They took my money before even running my credit and then run my credit and kept my money. I am an elderly and they took advantage of me. Be warded they are scammers.Carport Central Inc.

After reviewing, it appears you purchased and placed a deposit out of pocket. You then came back and wanted to finance and unfortunately wasn't able to be approved. Do Not Use This Company!!!Purchased in good faith knowing I would need to permit my desired 12x25 RV cover. I was assured that a refund would be possible if it did not work out. After about 6 or more weeks going back and forth with the city and Complex Steel(a Carport Central subcontractor), I felt like both parties were holding me hostage for information the other party wanted. After the city forced me to place the all steel non-combustible cover no closer than 5 from my house and the property line causing the structure to be reduced to 10x25, I decided it just wasnt worth it. I forfeited my city fees, but my Carport Central contract states: b. If an order is canceled prior to manufacturing, the deposit can be refunded but will incur a transaction fee of the greater of $50 or 25% of the deposit amount. I should receive a refund of about $525. The company is now ghosting me. I have written to my sales person, *****, repeatedly, but he has not responded. I advise all buyers to do due diligence. I thought I had. ***** claims court now according to my lawyer! Bummer.Carport Central Inc.
