Purchased an 18x25 carport 3 yrs ago. Carport Central is a scheduler. They order product from a manufacturer that uses local contractors who travel to do installs. Not quite a ponzi scheme but they can point to one another and no one takes responsibility. The carport was installed but we didn't monitor them since that's not our expertise, BUT, the specs required mobile home tie downs for our area of NE. During a storm in late December, a gust ripped the carport out of the ground, flipped it, and landed it on equipment nearby, piercing several roof panels and causing other damage. The only visible means of tie downs were eight 24" soil nails. Carport Central spent time listening, we sent images, finally Carport Central said it was being passed to the manufacturer. (why didn't they tell us that immediately?) When we weren't contacted by the date indicated we called and Carport Central said to wait until the next week (gave a specific day again). It seemed obvious no one was going to take responsibility for the error which also violated building code regulations. I texted the Carport Central contact and he returned an abrupt text with a phone number for the manufacturer. **************** for ******************** starts out ok but if you push back or demand truthfulness they seem to be done with you. I would suggest you closely monitor any installs by this entity or try to use a local metal building manufacturer instead. We have since discovered there are some in our area. Had we researched more carefully we would probably still have a standing carport properly tied down. I would not recommend using Carport Central. I am contacting my state's division of building codes as it was a clear violation re: proper tie down of a metal building. The specs we were provided had the stamp of their engineer and indicated the company understood any buildings erected in my state had to follow those codes. But the installers did not adhere to the codes.

This review is based on my experience with the sales department. I worked with Jesus G***** to order the building. Jesus was beyond helpful, as I am very inquisitive and always like to look at multiple possibilities when doing a project of this nature. Jesus presented patience and knowledge and was very responsive. He kindly and thoroughly answered lots of questions that enabled us to make informed decisions on the structure, concrete, insulation and so much more! I highly recommend reaching out to Carport Central and asking for Jesus! Awesome job!Carport Central Inc.

Easy to work with and very responsive. The entire process was pretty painless and everything came in pretty quickly.
I ordered my building just before the holidays 2023, and the building just got completed almost 2 months later which is including the time it took for another contractor to do the foundation.
Everthing came in at a great price, the manufacturer they work with was fantastic too. Overall I can't find anything negative to say.

I checked out CARPORT CENTRAL Inc. on the Internet and started my order. I had questions and also wanted to complete my order. Therefore, I called the 800 telephone number listed in their ad. I spoke with Michael Green, and who answered all my questions, made suggestions without hesitation, and took my order. He was truly exceptional at doing his job! .He was very professional, and was knowledgeable of all aspects of the Carport Central’s products.
