The RV port was installed in 1 day and is much better quality than I was thinking. The price was right. My complaint was it took to long to get the installation scheduled with zero communications. I provided photos of slab on 8/2 an installation was 10/01.

My wife and I are so happy with our building! We had been talking about purchasing a building for a while for our business we are about to venture into. My wife found the Carport website, called and inquired and that very same day we had a building in the works. It only took a short period of time for our building to be fabricated. After it was ready to be delivered, it took only 2 days for the workers to put it up! The color and style is beautiful and exactly as we selected. We were still surprised at how big and spacious our new building is! Bob, our salesman, was so kind and courteous and very attentive to all of our needs. Maria, with Carport Central was amazing and very helpful. We have already recommended this company and the sales reps to others. We have been asked by so many people who built our building. We are happy to say Carport did! We highly recommend this company!Carport Central Inc.

On 6/10/22 I signed a contract with Carport Central and gave them a sizeable deposit for a large carport to be installed. They guaranteed a 12 week lead time. To this date I have not received my carport. On 3 separate occasions I have been told that the installation will be happening on a specific date but then no one shows up, no one calls me, no one contacts me at all about the missed appointment. I have requested my deposit back and just keep getting tossed around between "managers." At this point it looks like I will lose my $1800 and not receive the carport. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.Carport Central Inc.

We do apologize for the experience so far. We have been working with the manufacturer who builds, schedules, delivers and installs the building daily making calls, and text to them on your behalf trying to get your building to you as soon as possible. They are supposed to be there this Saturday, and we have spoke to them confirming they are still on for this Saturday and we have worked with them to get you a discount for your troubles as well. Again we apologize, but we are working to get your building to you with our partner manufacturer.Review fromGary K

If you are looking for a metal building, your search is over. I had a co-worker recommended them after the great experience he had. Michael and his team define what customer service is. This is the best buying experience I've had, bar none. I worked with Rayn through the quoting process and he made sure I got the building I wanted and needed instead of just trying to sell four walls and a roof. We must have emailed back and forth close to 20 times and he provided the same quality service the whole time when I'm sure he must have thought I was a tire kicker. When I came in to take my payment, I was greeted by the whole staff. As Ryan made final adjustments on my order, JR helped take my payment to speed things up and streamlined the process. This type of customer service is not found anywhere anymore. I was more than a number, I was a customer.

So far we have only placed the order and paid the deposit, but the customer service provided by Rochelle H****** is exceptional. She returns calls promptly and always with a cheerful voice. We live in an area where winter can be difficult (4-6 feet of snow last year) so getting our building completed before winter is crucial. Rochelle understood this requirement and would not take a deposit from us until upper management could guarantee the job could be completed on time. How refreshing to actually have a company be concerned about the customer, and not just looking to make a sale. If the rest of the team is as wonderful as Rochelle has been I would rate this company 10 stars!Carport Central Inc.

The workmanship seems first class and everything was installed as I ordered it. They asked a few questions to make sure it was just the way I wanted it installed and exactly where I wanted it to go. They missed a few screws on cleanup but other than that the install team was first rate and the structure looks to be very sturdy.Carport Central Inc.
