  ******** customer service! The sales side was great but then you get sent to deal with ****** for scheduling. She doesnt communicate after sending crew to build and my yard is destroyed. We decided it was too muddy after both their trucks and the Lyft I had to rent got stuck. Now I cant even get her to respond to me. Its been 10 days. Im out $300 for this Lyft that I had to send back. I will not recommend or ever use this company again.

  WARNING! customer service *****. Garage door not installed correctly leaving large gaps at the bottom of the door. phone calls, e mails, texts all go unanswered. purchased from ************************* and they are no help as well. All around terrible experience. ******** customer service from both organizations. looks like legal action through the court is going to be the only option!

  I had a garage installed by elite on Monday 3-24-25. Crew did quality work and it looks amazing. Lion was the crew lead. Maybe depends on the installers. But Im very happy!!!

  We just had a garage installed by Elite this week, they finished yesterday. We had several issues during the install. It took them more than a week to complete a 20 x 40 building due to lack of crew and supplies. Construction started nearly 7 weeks from the concrete pour date, I was told it would be 3-5 weeks and a 1 day *********** I was cleaning up the mess and noticed little shards of metal all around the work site. I was promised they would sweep the area with a magnet when they were finished. We have 3 dogs and I'm afraid to let them in out in our yard without standing with them to keep them away from the garage.

  Elite Carports did a fantastic job coordinating with nationwide metal buildings and ******* metal building installations for my garage in *************. They were ahead of schedule. It came out better than even expected. I thank them for doing a good job and giving me exactly what I expected.

  I would not even give Elite a one star. ******** customer service. Crew showed up month after they were suppose too. When building was being put up crew said no hardware was sent to put doors on. The window seal was broken so they had to get new one. Also never showed up with earth agers. We had to find and purchase then after already paying for them through elite. Crew left said they would come back following ************** never showed and no call. Multiple calls made to elite. No return calls or they would put us on hold for long periods of time. After 20 min on hold we would hang up. We immediately called back and no one would answer. No return calls. This happened multiple multiple times. The request to talk to manager was asked for multiple times. Might I mind saying still no crews came back to finish the work, so now it's winter and have no doors and broken window. Ohh and we can't do the floors. So after a significant wait and multiple more calls finally crew that is hired out by company finally calls and said they would be here on Monday. So fast forward to Monday, no show no call from crew or elite. Call of course no one knows anything and can't get ahold of anyone to give us any answers imagine that. Finally after husband called and called a called. Crew said they would be here today, yes they finally showed however yupppp not the correct window so now they have to go back and who knows when they will fix that.. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE and also WE WERE TOLD THE OWNER WAS ON VACATION.. WELL THE **** SAID NO HE IS NOT. HE WILL NOT RETURN ANYONES CALLS HE DOES NOT CARE. THE HIGHER UP WILL MAKE THE **** PAY FOR ANY LOSS OR TAKE THEM TO COURT.. WHAT A JOKE.. NEVER EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY . AND IF WE WOULD HAVE KNOW ALL THIS WE WOULD NEVER OF GAVE THEM THE BUISNESS.

  Dont deal with this company. They installed a building for me back in October 2024. I have an issue with the entry door rubbing on the frame. I have called and called and all they do is give me the runaround. They always promise to call me back when they will come out and address the issue but never do. Stay away from this company.

  I wish I would have researched better before I went with this company. I ordered a garage from Nationwide Steel Structures. They source out the installation to these crooks. Im a senior citizen and not a professional contractor or architect. Nationwide assumed that I knew something about construction and did not explain the design properly. The down posts for the lean to was going to be right in front of my door and the same for my porch. Elite said they have to charge extra to put a (header?) around the opening. For this they want to charge me! They had pictures of the surrounding area including the house with a door and porch opening that they would have had to leave open. Instead the manufacturer put the posts right in the middle of the openings. They extorted extra money from me for additional labor charges. $1000.00!!! I told them that I was willing to split the costs 3 ways as it seemed that it was not anyone in particular that made the mistake, but poor communication between all parties involved. Nationwide was gracious enough to at least absorb $200.00 of that cost. However, Elite Carports say that the extra costs involved are not any fault of theres and that I have to pay. Complete scammers of senior citizens. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They also delayed my installation from the promise date. Im contacting the national Senior scammer legal counsel to see what they can do.

  Do not buy from Elite Carports located *********************************** Poor quality materials, cheap garage door's rusted within a month after installation, garage door's broke couldn't get my truck out for over 3 week's for the fact they wouldn't send anyone out. When they finally sent someone out they wanted to touch up all of the ***** spots on both garage doors and not replace them and they are under warranty? Poor ************ door's still not fixed! The Company (ELITE) want's to charge me extra for decent garage door's in which we were never informed by the Salesperson that they were going to install the cheapest garage door's they could locate. We upgraded the metal, siding etc. Now Elite is charging us to install decent wind rated door's because of the defective ***** door's they initially installed totally wrong. And no date was set for installing door's on our garage so I have a garage installed by Elite that the door's will not open and close properly still after the service people didn't replace 10/22/2024 unreal. In my personal opinion and experience them I highly recommend DON'T BUY from ELITE!!! You will be disappointed and mislead!

  Get any changes to your building in writing. my concrete contractor botched my concrete pad. the pad was 7 inches out of square and one side was 2.25 inches longer than it was supposed to be. i called Elite to tell them how bad the concrete was. the fix we discussed was Elite cutting the building sides to match the sides of the pad, the building would be out of square, but still not an eyesore. when the installers showed up, instead of the building matching the pad edges, the installers cut 7 inches off of the building length to fit it squarely on the pad. when i called Elite to let them know what the installers had done, somehow they were "unable to contact" both the installers and the manager i had worked with on the fix for the building, and because they could not contact either party to verify the information i had given, they refused any sort of discount. Yes, i received my building, but i also lost 7 inches of my building, and did not receive the agreed upon fix for the building while they still demanded full payment.their installers also took a full week to install, and did not show up on days they said they would but also did show up on days to work without notification.
