Purchased a ** cover in February they said it would be delivered in 3 weeks did not show up until the middle of April the ** pad wasn't level enough so I agreed to a 300 dollar return fee I had caliche installed and pad levelled called to have them return with the ** cover they said I would have to have 6 to 8 support's installed for 200 dollars a piece or the ** cover would not have warranty in the contract it said the ** cover was good for 130 mph winds so I asked for my deposit back because it was going to cost about 1600 dollars more than what was quoted they said they would not return the deposit after changing the quote I would not recommend doing business with themDirect Metal Structures

Our highly trained sales staff is always transparent regarding lead times, and they inform every customer about these lead times on a recorded line. When you send in site pictures, we are adamant about the site being level and cleared for an easy and prompt install upon arrival. When the site is not level, the crew cannot install to protect both you and the companies involved. We are happy to discuss if you call in, but we quote you for the proper wind and snow rating based on your zip code. Please call and we can discuss further: ***********************. I purchased a car port last Monday. On Tuesday. I called to cancel my order twice. I told a manager 2x about my intention to cancel. A woman from your partner company American wrote notes in the file that I canceled the order, but to call Direct Metal to let them know. I was sent to voice-mail twice and I have not been contacted. I also clearly state my intention to cancel my order via voice-mail 2 separate times.Direct Metal Structures
