This is a horrible place to do business! I ordered a building back in April *************************************************************************************************************************************** a refund on my deposit of $920. People have quit the company that promised things to me and people will not return my calls. I have called continuously over the past 5 months - YES 5 MONTHS and still NOTHING. **************** is horrible, management are cowards as they do not deal with the issues, and empty promises is all this company is worth. Do not - I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS with DIrect Metal Structures. I hope the Better Business Bureau in ** really looks into this company. TERRIBLE. They deserve zero stars but i have to rate them something.Direct Metal Structures

*** in sales was very helpful! Hopefully the installation will be as good as Kats assistance. My neighbor got an RV port from them and the material and install were excellent!Direct Metal Structures

The last three structures that was delivered and installed last week make four that I have from the same company. I have friends that are looking at them and starting to order from the same company. From starting the order until after the install has been nothing but exemplary . I will be ordering at least one more possibly one for our church to cover their bus. **** my salesman not only took care of me in a very professional and friendly manner one of my friends is dealing with him and has bragged about him as well. Myself and others will definitely be returning our business with you.Direct Metal Structures
