    For the last couple of years I have only used speed lube for my oil changes. Last oil change I come home and the oil is leaking so they claim they put on two washers. So I took it back up there and they fixed it. This time I take it there they tell me the oil pan is striped and the plug doesnt fit so its leaking again. As I talk to the owner who tells me she is not responsible for this issue her brother, who is also an employee there starts yelling at me throwing his hands in the air trying to fight me! I just left because I didnt want to hurt the poor guy but it was very unprofessional. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The customer has had his oil changed with us 3 times now. The second oil change he came back with a leaking plug from 2 gasket being put on the plug by mistake.  We made the customer aware of the situation and he left the shop.  He came back today when we tried putting the plug back in it went in very hard so I made him aware of the situation.   I had him run the vehicle several times to double check the plug.  The plug was not leaking when it left.  I also made him aware of the plug going back in hard and that the oil pan should be checked out.  That has nothing to do with what he did.  I tried explaining it to him several times and he wanted to argue.  My brother also tried explaining that it wasn't our fault. He no he didn't try to fight him. He got loud at toward the customer when he called him a  punk. The customer came to us with his oil changes when the vehicle had ******* miles on the vehicle.  Claims we are the only ones who have changed the oil and that is not true.  I also made him aware of the blue and yellow glue on the oil pan which we don't carry anything like that in our shop.  We didn't cause this damage and my shop will not be repairing the issue.  I'm sorry the customer is upset and I tried my best to explain this to him.  He called me back later and said the new plug is leaking again. Which is was not leaking when it left the shop so it has to be something with the oil pan. I also told him I looked up the vin # in our system and he had only been to us 3 times now and the damage mostly was already there and it was getting worse and we're just now seeing the problem
