    I hired him to replace our shingle roof for whole house. I paid **** full amount plus additional money for additional materials. His crew out of spite took a knife and cut through the membrane end of day one when they took existing shingles off. This led to leak and damaging attic and dry wall. **** came next day, and finished the job in the coming week (claiming he fired his employee). He promised to fix the damage but that never happened.More so, he left all gutters and some soffits open and took all of payment money telling me he'd be back in 2 days. He never showed up for 8 weeks. At 6th week he agreed to pay me $800 so I could hire someone else to finish the job (this is not for water leak damage). He gave me green light to hire but never paid me. I had to delay and wait and then finally find someone else to finish job.**** still owes me that $800.Moreover he came over to work on another project for which he dug 3 holes for footers - demanded half money ($2400) for the holes. I gave him $300 and then he never showed up again. The footers did not pass inspection so I had to pay someone else to finish the footers.**** technically owes be $800 + $300 and all the drywall and ceiling damage which i have not gotten around to yet.

    Hello Mr. **** if you re-called and you dont mention this on your complain. I went back and install the soffits except for one. Which was regarding a roof addition for your porch. Which you agreed to leave it open. Also I asked for proved of invoice regarding this other person you hired. You did mention this other person was going to charge you 800 dollars to do the gutters and soffit. Which like I stated I went back and completed the soffit part. Which in this case the 800 will need to be adjusted for a lower price. I do imagine you have the recording of your house cameras where it shows I completed the soffits and it will also show the other person you hire to do the gutters which from what I remember you mentioning that you did the gutters your self. Also the footer situation. I did asked for the 2400 to start this project. Which you rejected but you did agree to pay my employee for a day worth of labor which was the 300 dollars. So in other words I dont owe you ***** dollars. I would owe you around 300 to 400 just for the gutters I didnt do.
