  Empowering! They give you all the tools you need to get the job done. I like most that they provide you the knowledge to accurately navigate the red tape of the claim process. That way I could fully understand the process and what to expect next. Always one step ahead of the game to ease any anxiety about what's happening. I consider myself, and my family, lucky to have been recommended to this professional and determined organization. I have never been so satisfied with any service.   Veterans Guardian VA are very professional, very easy to follow process from the start. Their staff did an awesome job explaining the process and were completely transparent about everything. I would definitely recommend this company to other vets.

  For being skeptical at first to the help along way the way.my whole experience was very pleasant. I got my questions answered timely and the only real wait was (as expected) the VA. I did not expect to have a rating rise as high as it did. Yes, a bit pricey, but for the grand scheme of things.worth it to me!!!! Thank you very much for helping me through this process. SEMPER FI!!!!

  Veterans Guardian was very professional and acted quickly to help me get an increase. They were upfront about the whole process and the fees from the beginning. Yes, it is a bit expensive, however, it is well worth the money in my opinion, especially when youve hit a roadblock with your claims. I was referred by someone I served with, and Ive already referred a few people Ive served with to get the benefits they deserve. I would highly recommend using this service if you are unfamiliar with the claims process and need some professional guidance.

  They are unprofessional and fail to follow through. A year ago I filed an intent to file with the VA. I mailed all of my medical records to VetsGuardian. I called the person that had my case and reminded her that I had until March 17, 2023 to file my claim. She said she would review my claim and file it before the VA deadline. Today is March 30, 2023 and my claim has been pending all of this time. They caused me to miss my deadline and the incompetent supervisor *********************** Did not take ownership of her staffs incompetence. I will make sure the vets in my area beware dealing with them. A waste of time
