  Great experience with them. It took me 35 years to get a 40% rating working on my own, with the exception of the last 3 years where I had lawyers work for the final appeal to the Veterans Court of Appeals. I Worked with Veterans Guardian for about **** months and they were able to get my service connected disability raised from 40% to 70% and then to 100%, total and permanent. Great Job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs or asks for assistance. Wish I had known about them earlier. They did a great job. Thank you Veterans Guardian.

  Over the past year I've been working with VG representatives, and they helped increase my rating from 20% to 60%. I found them to be professional, timely in their responses and true to everything they told me. If you are looking for someone to 'hold your hand' through the process, then the folks at VG are the ones to work with. While the 5 times increase fee is reasonable, I do have a slight issue with how it was calculated which is why I did not give 5 stars. However, in the long run it's a minor issue compared to my overall experience, and I look forward to continuing working with them going forward. Thank you, VG!

  15k for a piece of paper, do yourself a favor go online thru the VA. File everything yourself thru the website it super easy.

It's disappointing to hear that you felt compelled to leave an inaccurate review without any firsthand experience or knowledge of our service or our results. To suggest that our service merely involves submitting paperwork demonstrates a lack of familiarity with our claims services. Veterans have a range of options when it comes to handling claims, and they choose to partner with us for the expert guidance and truly individualized support we offer. While a fee based service may not be appropriate for everyone, our clients consistently express their satisfaction with our services and feel the nominal fee is far outweighed by the life long increase in benefits.   I really appreciate the guidance and continual contact Veterans Guardian kept with me. Long before my rating decision; Veterans Guardian was already planning on what to file next. I was at 80% when they took over. They reviewed my medical file and advised me of the best course of action to take. I agreed and I received a 100% P&T rating on just the one condition they recommended me to file for! Ive been in the VA C&P process since ****; fighting, clawing, begging to get the rating I was legally and ethically entitled. The problem was that I didnt either have the time to do the research or knowledge of how the C&P process worked. But thank God, through time, perseverance, and self-education, Veterans Guardian and I got it done! Best regards,*****

  Between 2021 and 2022, I collaborated with Veterans Guardian to increase my benefits from 60%. The team helped me find a doctor, answered DBQs, and gathered the necessary documentation to fight my claim. With their help, I attained a 90% rating overall.After my compensation was increased, I requested to work with the same team again. Several months passed without any response. I filed an appeal claim. Almost a year later, I heard back from them but found out I had been assigned a new sponsor, which happened twice to me, and long delays in communication. After multiple attempts to reach them, I paid for Independent Medical Opinions and Disability Benefits Questionnaires from other companies. I sought VG's assistance to do the appeal form, submitted it to the VA, and received 100% compensation after waiting for seven months.The purpose of my review is to express my disappointment with the services provided by the company. During my first interaction with them, they did a lot of work, which justified the payment of 5 times the increase. However, this time, the only work they did for me was to send me just four sheets of paper along with my packet. The rest of the packet consisted of documents I had already sent them. The four sheets of paper were just the appeal form that the VA had requested. I expected more from them and felt let down. I have multiple emails backing this fact up in case they dispute it here. I referred several veterans, including my brother, to this company after my first experience with them. However, based on my recent encounter, I'm not certain I would recommend them, hence my two-star rating. ***** requested payment for less than 10% of the work, while I completed the remaining 90%. The payment for the remaining 90% was $7500. This service is not valuable for veterans in need of assistance. The company should review their services and provide better value for their customers. Their cost is just way to high. Recommend free services to vets.

  Absolutely recommend Veterans Guardian. They were friendly, straight forward, and very responsive when I had questions. My **** ****** was easy to work with. As a result, my disability compensation more than doubled! Wish I'd called them sooner.

  I just like to say that Vets Guardian helped me tremendously and got me what I was hoping for. I go the max ********** benefits all with the help of a young lady named ******* who had helped me prepare for my zoom call which i was pretty nervous about but she was able to calm me down and just to me to breath slowly while doing the interview with a VA rep. **** mentioned that they usually take about ***** min I believe but the interview was barely 20 mins. Afterwards all I can do was just wait and contacted Vet Guardian and informed them that the interview was completed. Now about 4 months later I recieve confirmation on VA website about my rating increase. I like to give a shout out to ******* and the whole Vets Guardian team. Thank you

  Veteran Guardian VA Claim Consulting was recommended by a work colleague. If I could give them a perfect 10 stars I would. Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism. From start to finish Veteran Guardian VA Claim Consulting was there with me by email, text, and phone calls, which I appreciated because it helped me stay focused on completing my VA package. The advisors were awesome throughout the entire process, calling me several times a day to ensure I understood what the VA needed to process my claim.   The VA gave me 20% for my service connected disability, I felt like I deserve more because I was in constant pain, I contacted Veterans Guardian, the staff was friendly and understanding, they help me through the process of filling a new claim, five months later I'm at 60% which I never thought I would get. I highly recommend Veterans Guardian, they are truly a Guardian for Vets.
