  Had an absolutely horrible experience. Emailed all my documents and heard nothing for 2 months, got sick of waiting and messaged through ********* They emailed me with someone else's name on it. Yea couldn't even get my right. "Intake manager **************** couldn't have cared less"....then they blocked me on ******** so they didn't have to talk to me anymore. Yup that's the level of service this company provides veterans!

  They are amazing to work with! They are right there when you have questions. ALL of their departments are very nice and take care of you. They raised my percentage from 10-40%

  I am very happy with the outcome that I received with the VA while working with Veterans Guardian. The whole team is there to help, and you can reach out to them, and they respond quickly. I also think that the fees you have to pay are justifiable based on the outcome you get. I would recommend them to anyone looking to fill a claim or get an increase. It's worth it.

  I'm happy with the outcome. I tripled my monthly payment after 35 years of 30%. This is a pay for service and the results are worth the money. Benefits last a lifetime, so paying a few dollars was never a concern. I'll use them again. If they do not get results, no money is required. Convenience is what it's all about, so unless you are very familiar with VA processes and what [they] consider relevant verbiage to increasing your percentage, I recommend using Veterans Guardian. It's a "fire and forget it" process...

  I am pleased with their service. They were very helpful every step of the way. They made wading through all the paperwork and appointments low stress and the app w/ the ability to message someone was very helpful. Response time was always within 24 hours. I would recommend them.

  They take advantage of veterans and dont really provide with a service and charge you an arm and leg. Never talked to the same person twice. They deserve zero stars
