    Purchased a Salt Generator in March 2023 included a two year warranty. Unit stopped working in May 2024 within the warranty period. I have had the unit evaluated by Blue Works tech team and they determined a replacement is needed following their proscribed warranty procedure.Neither Blue Works or their retailer, In the swim will proceed with resolution.

    I purchased a salt cell from amazon that was sold by this company with a 2 year warranty on it, when starting my pool I started getting errors on my display. I contacted support and was told they are not fulfilling warranty claims until a court order is finalized? Meanwhile I spent 1k on a box doing nothing. This leaves me with no recourse.

    purchased a Blue Works chlorine generator from Amazon on April 6, 2023 for my above ground pool. During the 2023 season the until worked well. This season the unit is not operating. It is no generating any chlorine. I have written the company trying to get a response to my issue with no action from the company.. I have written over 10 times and called 5 times still with no contact from the company.. I am requesting a full refund for the system that left my pool green with algae. the company's customer service is terrible

    Purchased a salt cell from them in 2021. It failed the next year in 2022 so they sent me out a used refurbished replacement. Now that one has failed this year in 2023 they only seem to get about 5 months out of them and they fail. I contacted the company this time around. It took weeks of emails 27+ emails. Very useless phone call conversations because tech support has been outsourced so they do not understand what I'm saying and I can hardly understand what they're saying. They claim to have a 2-year warranty on their product but did not replace my unit I received from them last year that was used and refurbished claiming that it's the warranty that carried over from the previous year of 2021. So we will not be purchasing anymore salt cells from their company

    I purchased a brand new salt pool chlorinator that was manufactured by Blue Works. from a business that is defective after ******************************* the manual is 2 years. Blue Works will not honor the warranty because it wasn't purchased directly from them. No where in the manual does it mention that the product needs to be purchased directly from them for the warranty to be valid. If it had I would have returned it immediately.
