5 starsWe have used Air Experts (and their predecessor) since moving into our house in 1999. Always received competent, polite service. Today's diagnostics were provided by **. He showed up on time, was polite and knowledgeable, and - while we have a major issue that couldn't be fixed using parts in his truck - he made sure you have the part in stock and he recharged our refrigerant to hopefully tide us over until you can get someone out here to fix it.Review fromWill P

5 starsOn Tuesday 06/17/25 ******* came to do our HVAC spring maintenance. He was kind, answered questions with clear explanations and when emailing our invoice included photos of the various components of the 2 ACs and the furnace motors etc. That's something new and was appreciated...we've had overall good service by AirExperts since 2018 when they replaced our oversized HVAC system for the main part of the house done by another company and the smaller unit for downstairs.Review fromScott H

5 starsYesterday Air Experts installed a new upstairs system with **** *. as the lead technician. I can't say enough good things about my overall experience with this company. From the initial service technician **** *. who diagnosed the problem, to **** in sales who never pushed us to purchase a unit that wasn't appropriate for our needs, and props to the install team who were prompt, professional, efficient, and competent on one of the hottest days of the year!Thank you Air Experts for such an overall positive experience!Review fromDean H

5 stars****** *. came to my home to replace the evaporator coil in my Lennox system. This job was done on my other system last year with 2 men. So I certainly applaud ****** for doing it without help. I was very impressed. ****** was an absolute pleasure to speak with and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a rather large job and he did it very well. ****** went above and beyond and got this taken care of for us and got the system back running well and cooling the upstairs.
