    Like many other people, I had my ** delivery by AGS. It's a very large ** and in their appointment website, I mentioned that my apartment has stairs and the ** needs to be taken upstairs (the seller mentions that the ** is supposed to be delivered inside the apartment). The delivery guy called me when he arrived and mentioned that they didn't assign him a second hand and that this job requires 2 people, so I either have to help him or refuse delivery which may lead me to lose my money since he didn't know if they would consider it a return. Anyway I had to help him and in the process hurt my back. In summary, they are a very bad company that don't follow the instructions they are given and send one person to deliver a huge **.

    Placed an order with ******* and lucky me, AGS is their carrier. Ordered it on 03/11 was given an eta of 03/15 with instructions stating that someone over the age of 18 has to sign for it, no exceptions. Which is a major inconvenience already. But fine, I took a day off of work so I won't miss it. I'm on AGS shipping portal just to find out that they expect it to arrive in a neighboring city on 03/18 and from there it will be shipped to my city and after it arrives in town, it can take ***** hours for them to process and inspect the item before they will reach out to me and arrange a day for them to drop it off. So at this point we are talking about it arriving in town on 03/22 and who knows what date they're going to have available to get it to my house from their local warehouse????? f****** clowns ??

    Wish i could give a lower review. currently 1.5 hours past delivery window and still no 30 minute away call. Attempted to use the online chat for tracking 15 minutes before the end of my delivery window, chat bot said they cannot give more details until the last hour of delivery. I selected the automated box that says i am within the last hour and the chat forcibly ends saying no input was given. I decided to call the number on my delivery, this routes you to some customer service rep, but not one that is local to your delivery so you are forced to be on hold while they contact the local delivery office. First call the representative said "the driver is behind today" (no duh, i can tell by my package not being here) "you should have your package in the next hour, possibly less."now over 1.5 hours later I called and got a different rep, put on hold again and told "sorry the driver is running behind today, you will get a call 30 minutes before delivery" no approximation for time, so I do not even know if I can go get food or not. I took a day off work in order to receive delivery in the morning, it is now late enough I could have gone to the office without any problem. This delivery was scheduled more than 1 week ago when package was already showing at local depot. I even asked if I could just come pick my package up from the depot and was told no it was not allowed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    If AGS is the delivery partner, good luck. Scheduled a delivery time online. The delivery day came, and I got an email saying the package was delayed in transit. Wait another week, got a call from them saying the delivery will be next day. I make sure I am home for the 4 hours. Delivery time comes and goes. Reach out to them and they say my package just arrived in the area, and that they never set a delivery time. They will call to schedule the delivery when they want to. 11 days since my package shipped and I have yet to get it.Low bid shipper doing what low bid do...sucking.

    If you order something and AGS is the delivery partner. Them **** my words, you are going to feel really bad.

    Used AGS online web portal to schedule a delivery a week in advance and received a call at 10am the day of delivery for them to tell me that they are not in my area during this time. I asked why the portal allowed me to setup/confirm delivery date/time if that was the case and they said they were not responsible for the portal. I kindly asked them if they could still come up somehow as I took the day off work to receive the item and they said no and eluded to the fact that if I wanted the delivery in the future, I would have to take another day off and loose 2 days worth of pay. No apologies or attempts to rectify the situation and after reading these reviews I see I am not the only one. How does companies like these stay in business with such poor work ethics and customer services employees that have no business in the customer service field.

    Worst experience ever, no company should ever use this service, the delivery team are incompetent and they don't care about anything, won't even find a way to take care if the customer, also you're not allowed pick up after the company screws you over. Stay far far away, never use them, they should go out of business right away.

    Terrible company! They will lie and say they called you multiple times. Then when you schedule a delivery they will not show up. I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks with a ********** and 3 attempts of never SHOWING up. I finally just cancelled the order. You better get ready for stress If you see AGS as your carrier. AVOID AT ALL COST!

    Email said I was supposed to get a call 30 mins before driver arrived with my package didnt receive call until was at my house when I gave call back he said he dialed wrong number manger hung up on me and now not getting my package until Tuesday the 23rd when it was originally supposed to be 15th than the 19th horrible customer service and even worse delivery

    I've had 3 different delivery dates. They all came and gone. AGS tells me at first it was sent to **** by mistake. Ok no problem it happens. 4 days later they tell me it's still in **** and don't know why, another 4 days later they say they don't know where it is. So now what I say he tells me be patient. BE PATIENT YOUVE COST ME 3 DAYS AT WORK. I was politite when I said it and **** he was gone. Hung up ok well now I'm thinking lawyer!! It'll be Worth it!!!
