    Ordered a new TV from Samsung directly and AGS was picked to deliver.
    Even tho shipment was scheduled, they showed up early forcing to get off work that day. The delivery was made with instructions for white glove delivery including unpacking and setup, they literally just left it at the door w/o any help form of help. Drivers only asked me if that was my TV and left it at that - no form of verification/ID needed - meaning everyone could have just gotten it.
    I'd assume that this is an extra service Samsung has to pay for ... SAMSUNG! U ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF!
    The box was in somewhat rough shape which was understandable after it was unloaded on its short side and hauled around with pallet jack!!!! (It can’t get any worse than that) - When we started unboxing the TV ourselves we noticed that the entire screen was completely shattered and TV unusable - didn't even take it out of the box and had to go through return and exchange service with Samsung (which was no problem at all and samsung being very cooperative and helpful in this matter) ...
    Anyway - I would wholeheartedly advise to never ever give this company any kind of business - people! Stay away!!!
    Unfortunelty it does not let me post this with 0 starts ... cause they don't even deserve 1/2 of one ...
