I attended a concert at the arena on Friday, January 31st. There was a drunk woman sitting behind my sister and me who was extremely intoxicated and ill-behaved all night. She got sick and threw up getting vomit on myself and my sister. When he reported the incident to the usher at the top of the stairs, he did nothing. He did not ****** the woman out, have the area cleaned or anything else I would have expected in this instance. We went to the restroom to clean ourselves off then found 2 other ushers near one of the exits. They were apologetic and told us the only thing we could do was file a report at guest services. The "report" consisted of me filling out a comment card with my contact information. This was on Friday January 31st, and no one has contacted me. Vomit is a biohazardous waste. I am shocked that the arena staff made no effort to address the cleaning/sanitation that should have occurred, nor did they do anything to assist my sister and I with cleaning ourselves up. This is not something we should have been cleaning in the restroom with wet paper towel. Not one person asked us for our seat numbers or assessed if the area needed to be cleaned which I am certain it did. This experience was disgusting and traumatizing. My sister and I had to leave the concert early due to someone else's inability to control themselves. In addition to the comment card I completed that night, I have completed another card online and left 2 different voice mail messages with no acknowledgement or response. I have also attempted to get a point of contact from the arena's social media pages and got nothing. I feel I am owed a refund of some sort. I should not have to leave an event early to home and clean someone else's vomit out of my hair or discard clothes because someone at an event did not know how to conduct themselves. I also should not be disregarded by the venue. It is now February 11, 2025 and i have heard nothing from the arena.
