    We attended a comedy show at PNC Arena ********** on 9/6/24, we paid over $200 per ticket for meet and greet through ticket master, on ticket purchase and email sent didn't state any additional fees , but we were turned away by staff due to not paying an additional $25 per ticket for meet greet! If that was the case , we could have just paid for floor seats!! We left very disappointed due to this after paying $278 per ticket plus tax!! Just to be turned away!! We drove 2 hours away and booked a room cause we thought we'd meet the celebrities!!

    I was at a Carolina ********** game back in Dec 2023, it was bobble head night and people were lined up to purchase one for $40 ( PNC used to give these away). I told the lady waiting on me that I wanted one bobble head and held up my index finger and she charged my credit card, no receipts were being given to anyone. I checked my account the day and was charged $80. I called a representative for ticket sales who helped me purchase season tickets and he tried to resolve the problem to no avail. I even sent my charge from my bank showing the $80! Everything is so expensive at these games and they are ripping people off!
