      I purchased four products and ******* website had a glitch that didn't capture my Pay in 4 request. Therefore, my account was charged for the order. Immediately I sent a customer service request to cancel the order. The next day, no response. I sent two emails that were not answered. I also sent an email through ******, but that address isn't in service. So I sent another email asking them to send the order or refund it, and to RESPOND. No response. I finally received a shipping confirmation, but the items were still in my cart - further confusion and no response. I deleted the items from my cart after I received the shipping confirmation. I hope I actually receive them. This is VERY POOR customer service. ******* won't go out of business because of these reports, but I won't shop there again.

      Hello *******, I do apologize there was a glitch on the ****** side of the transaction. Pay in 4 occurs on the ****** payment website and doesn't occur within out website. I also apologize that ******'s email address isn't in service. i reviewed our emails and I show that we responded to your requests on 2/11 both at 8:45am and 9:17am. We regret that the order had progressed too far within our warehouse to be able to be cancelled. I have tracked your order and according to the *********** your package should be delivered today.       My son and his female acquaintance were racially profiled by employees, Cohe, Lily, and another unknown employee who refused to give her name. My son and his female acquittance entered the establishment to purchase some items. While shopping looking for sketch pads and books they were approached by an employee named Cohe who asked them did they put back books they were looking to potentially purchase. My son said yes, and they went over to the pen section, which Cohe followed them over to that section. At the pen section they were looking for pens, his acquittance gave him two pens to hold while she looked at other pens, once she decided on the pens she was going to purchase, my son gave her the other pens to put back and they continue to shop. As they continue to shop, my son notice that Cohe appeared at each aisle they were on, conveniently moving items around. My son told his acquaintance he felt they were being profiled and decided to go to another area of the store and sure enough Cohe appeared on the aisle they were on, at this point my son stated it was obviously what was taken place and Cohe was very adamant he would continue to harass them until they left the store. At checkout ***** asked them did they put the pens back, the young lady told him yes, in which ***** stated No I am talking to you my son. My son told him yes, he put the pens back that they were not going to purchase and became visibly upset at this point. His acquaintance told him to go wait in the car while she completed her purchase. My son came home very distraught as he explain to his father and I what happened. We ensure him he did nothing wrong and would look into this. We reached out to the manager ******* who pretty much sided with his employees, which is unacceptable; he was not present when this occurred. He gave us the email to the President of Retail Operations, ******* ****** because it was nothing more he could do. We sent an email to ******* ******, no reply or response back.

      First to say *****'s Artarama mail order company has given me the ability to up my painting game by providing much higher quality painting surfaces and oil paints than I'm able to find locally at *********** and craft stores. I had never even seen, let alone tried painting on linen pads, panels, or stretched linen before purchasing them through ******** Whereas it generally cost a small fortune elsewhere online, *****'s prices are so reasonable I've been able to buy extra to share with fellow artists I routinely paint with, gifting panels and sheets of oil-primed linen I've bought in multipacks. Resolving problems: When I had a recent glitch with an unexpected beveled edge on a specific small stretched size canvas type, customer service representatives politely and kindly helped resolve the matter. In this often less-polite new world of pandemic/endemic supply chain problems, political chaos, scary weather, and general uncertainty about the future: people working together with kindness and giving each other the benefit of doubt when things go wrong is a heartening and welcome way to resolve challenges. That is what representatives of *****'s Artarama did in my case, and why I'm writing about it with gratitude. Big thanks and kudos to them!

      If I could give -10 stars I would. They not only sent my item to a wrong address but proceeded to be rude, dismissive and obnoxious when I called, gave me a runaround when I called, didnt respond to my email. I finally got a refund filling a dispute with PayPal and only then did they issue a refund. I will never order from them again but am filing this so other people wouldnt have the same experience.

      Jerrys Artarama is a corporate eight hundred pound online gorilla. They could care less about losing a customer due to there mistakes. Most people dont want to deal with hassles or will take the money loss than have to go through the ordeal of almost begging for there money back. Youll never get your time back. Ive run a business and cant believe they are rated this high. Obviously they pay for it from the BBB.

      Horrible experience. Ended up taking two weeks to ship them I ended up with broken items. Still waiting on a refund that *** never come. I will NEVER use this place again

      Received 3 @ 48x48 canvases last Friday- 2 damaged down to stretcher bars. Called Customer Service (no answer after 20 min on hold). Emailed pix of damage to ********* that same day.... NO reply. Called the following Monday, finally got CS via pressing 1 to order- promised refund for 2 of the canvases. NO email, NO refund. And as of this entry (now the following Thurs), I've been on hold for >12 min. WILL Never order again- they are Not equipped to support their customers.

      I do sincerely apologize that you received damaged product. I do see that a refund processed in the amount of $170.67 on 3/16 which was Thursday of last week. I again do deeply regret that you received damage merchandise and I do regret that our call center is handling a higher call volume.

      Jerry's is the large best art delivery service out there, right now.
      They ship fast, and have good customer service that takes care of problems
      quickly.
      Their website could be a little better for helping you find what you're
      looking for. If you search for a certain color by specific brand, you have to
      scroll through to find it. That color won't just pop up for you to buy.
      So it can take a little more time.
      But I like dealing with them way more than *****.

      Only 3 of 7 tubes of paint I ordered were delivered. I repeatedly wrote to Jerry's to resolve the issue. No response after two months. Terrible service! Buyer beware!

      Wide variety of art materials but the aggressive promotional tactics turned me off to this company. They have been spamming my school email (even after I unsubscribed), by sending from different Jerry's Artarama emails.
