      Jerry's Artarama used to be my go to online art supplier. I don't know what has happened to them customer service wise. I went to order 4 tubes of watercolor (casein), which was just over 20.00 and then the SHIPPING, was over 21.00 for 4 small tubes of paint. With tax and all, it was around 45.00. I call customer service today 8/9/2022 and spoke to a supervisor (****), she told me that is what it cost by *** and to shop somewhere else if I was not willing to pay it. She seemed to think that because it has a Prop 65 warning that it had to be shipped with special handling. Prop 65 warning is a California thing, they put it on everything from plastic bags to toxic chemicals. A smart business owner would offer different shipping options and If I remember correctly, Jerry's used to do that. It makes me feel that they do not value their customers when they speak to us like they do. I don't know if they have changed ownership or management, but this way of doing business will not serve them well.

      As a former business owner -- I am APALLED at the lack of concern, and professionalism I've experienced with them.
      Even the SUPERVISOR IN C.S. did not give one lick! that I was a potential valuable commercial account for them.
      They lied abt shipping, and cancelled my order 2 WEEKS after taking my money!!!!
      Said they were OUT OF STOCK!
      Explanation???? We're really sorry. Period.
      They must have more business then they need -- bc I will tell everyone to stay clear of this BOGUS ENTERPRISE. Never Again.
