      The lack of communication from agent ***************************** caused multiple consequences that affected my opportunity to move forward with our mortgage loan.This bank has very poor communication skills and are very once sided, even to consider that ***************************** the supposed VP of the bank was terrible with communication and relaying information about our mortgage to us, ultimately putting us in a bind and not allowing our family to move forward with our loan. I Highly would not recommend ***************************** and the whole North state bank team for any mortgage or banking needs it truly was an utter disaster and truly my biggest mistake to deal with this bank or *****************************. They will approach you with a means to seem as if they are caring and serious to help you but they are the exact opposite of what they claim especially ***************************** with many false claims. Good luck on your home findings and stay away from these liars!!!

      I had trouble with this bank, specifically with a bilingual mortgage loan officer. Regrettably, my experience with the bank was negative. The lack of communication from this agent caused multiple consequences that affected my opportunity to move forward with our mortgage loan. The lack of effective communication, lack of accountability in dealing with the buyer and lack of information in such a sensitive process caused multiple consequences on my part, to the point that all the assistance provided to first time buyers were lost due to the same reason, lack of communication and responsiveness. My situation was based on doubt due to the miscommunication between the banker and the buyer. I do not recommend this banker, the bank in general has poor communication skills.
