I purchased "annuity" leads from this company for $650 on Dec 7, 2023. They took a long time (over 3 weeks) to even get going, they attributed to the holidays...then WHY take my money??? I'm an experienced agent, so I had specific parameters I was looking for in a lead, (like under 75 yrs old) I went over this is the form we signed when we started. They had a terrible script, so I gave them a short, but great script to follow (you know, build some value in the call) They didnt follow it - ever!!!After 40 days- they had not produced 1 single qualified lead!!- NOT ONE. They produced 2 leads that were recorded- the 2 people on recording were both 77 yrs old, they did not know what planet they were on!! I have over 30 emails back and forth trying to get them to do what they promised, but they wouldnt. I reach out to my bank - Chase and filed a dispute. ***** denied the dispute because I didnt give them proof, which when I called them I told them I would provide. NOW, RVC Live (*******************************) says they don't have my $650, my bank doesn't have it and I sure dont have it- WHERE IS MY MONEY??? MISREPRESENTATION-FAILURE TO PAY REFUND PROMISED ON A NUMBER OF OCCAISIONS.Im **** from UB Construction and am a contractor. On or about July 08 2023 a ******************** salesperson addressed my inquiry Re obtaining storm damage leads and representing the customers with their insurance companies. I was assured of the professionalism and incredible expected results.I sent them a script and Paid $650.00 on july 11 2024.. They had agreed to record some calls that were "BONIFIED LEADS". THEY WERE A JOKE. The callers barely spoke English and did not stck to any of the subject matter The people whom they had called could not understand why they were calling, or what they where calling about. And one of them-A woman in the Northern Neck of VA explicitly said she was not interested and was basically insulted. The theme set by the caller revolved around her house for sale "NEEDING WORK SO YOU CAN SELL IT". Starting on or about June 15 I begain calling the "head of the ***** After being shuffeled around.He is referred to as *******************. Told me he could only return $550.00 Based upon their reciept of their FORM which: I signed, forwarded ,and they acknowledged reciept .. I said Whatever WHEN DO I GET PAID? It was to be forwarded to thier "accounting *****-Weeks later after 3-4 calls and emails "THE SYSTEM IS DOWN YOU WILL SURELY BE PAID MONDAY ETC ETC . It would now be in Sept 2023 AND SO FORTH. AS OF APRIL 15th and several e-mails I had recieved nothing. And was then referred to ***************-Same song and dance-:"Our system does not allow us to make payments of any kind" THERE NO ANSWER WHEN I ASKED HOW ANY BUSINESS CAN OPERATE WITHOUT PAYING ANY BILLS ?. The only reaction I have is that they think that by promising you a refund, then not paying and continually coming up with rediculous stories that AMERICANS will just go away..Initial Complaint

Ready ************** and its affiliate, CSC beyond Global, are in my opinion, a scam.I came across an advertisement on Instagram that offered virtual outbound calling services tailored for solar sales representatives. The ad promised to provide high-quality, qualified appointments directly into your calendar.I engaged with a sales representative named ****, who appeared knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, and seemed well-versed in the solar industry's challenges. **** presented an enticing offer of 50 qualified appointments for a total cost of $1,900. He assured me that these appointments would be pre-qualified, expertly pitched, and scheduled directly into my calendar, requiring minimal effort on my part to close the deals.The appointments I received were far from qualified, and the agents responsible for setting them up, based in ******* had accents that made effective communication difficult. I started ********** campaign with them on September 10th, 2023. It is now Nov 1st, and I have received ZERO qualified appointments. The pitch is... "I'm calling to schedule an appointment for solar and its benefits, when is a good time to call?". Seriously.I tried writing scripts for them, and providing advice. The simple fact of the matter, is that in order for this to work, I need to train their staff which I am not willing to do.I have attempted to address my concerns with Ready ************** and CSC beyond Global, requesting a refund. They said no. I am looking for a fair refund for the services not rendered as promised. I believe this would be a reasonable and just resolution to the situation.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to my complaint. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM...I was contacted by ****** from ******************** who I now know is a DBA for CSC Beyond, LLC. to assist me in getting qualified appointments for clients seeking mortgage protection and/or life insurance. The cost was $600 for a guaranteed 22 qualified appointments & 1 month social media. I was told that I would get at least 4 sales minimum from the qualifying appointments. ALL LIES! After less than 7 days of receiving 2 unqualified appointments, I informed ****** that I was cancelling the and wanted my full refund as I did not receive the service that was promised to me. Also, within that less than a week time, I spoke and texted several times informing of my dissatisfaction which they promised it would be rectified and immediately. Within a few days of not seeing the promised changes and fixing the issue, I just wanted to be refunded and go on my way. I was told that I would be refunded in the full amount back in late January, but it would take some time to process. I once again took their word for it, and waited, and waited, and am still waiting. I was then dealing with ***************** who told me that I would receive my refund. He had me send him proof from my credit card company that I had not been credited on their end, which I sent him on April 15th. *** said he would get it processed. Here it is May 4th & still no refund. I have sent several follow up emails7 calls to ***. I was able to finally get him on the phone today & he is now stating the same; that my credit card company credited me after I have shown proof that they did not. He was very rude. I did ALL the work, follow **** emails, & calls & here we are 4 months later, & I am stuck with $600 in costs with no *************** refuse to refund me. This company is NO GOOD & needs to be shut down immediately. They are SCAMMERS who take your money, do not give you the services they promise, avoid all correspondence you send them, & then refuse to refund you!Initial Complaint

Oct 2022, I hired CSC Beyond/ Ready Virtual Center RVC to provide my with 20 preset appointments for insurance prospects. Today in Jan 2023 and so far I've received 5 unqualified leads. They made promises to preform and haven't upheld to their promises. They also told me I can request a refund after 30 days of no performance and I did request the refund and they told me they can't provide the refund because it would cut into their profits since they pay their callers hourly. They also stated they've spent money on data (which can be pulled for free). The data they pulled didn't follow the scope of the leads we were looking for so that wasn't valid either. When I first signed up they told to me they knew exactly the kind of clients I was looking for for my service and could provide results. I originally spent $1900 for 40 leads and 3 months of social media content. During the onboarding call the following day it was pretty clear they had no idea the type of insurance niche market that I was needing appointment for so I also knew there wasn't a way they could properly represent my brand on social. So the next day I requested a refund. *** ***** offered me a portion refund and asked me to give them a chance on a smaller package that cost $750 and they would provide 20 preset appointments. As of today I have had 5-6 appointments booked with unqualified leads. Base on the age (30-50), income ($100k-$300k) and niche (clients with a mortgage) clients I am looking for. I again requested my refund as Tom said in the email and phone call that would be possible after 30 days of them not providing the results as promise. I was told they cant provide the refund because they would lose money. Again asking me to let them try something different. I have repeatedly requested my refund since day 2 of our involvement with this company. I would not recommend this company to be used for any purpose unless you like throwing money away. I am rejecting this response because:When I was being "Sold" their services, they claimed to know exactly what I was looking for in my marketing so I bought the larger package. During onboarding I quickly realized they had no idea what my services are. To this date they still are confused, they think I'm selling "Internet Banking" I sell the "Infinite Banking Concept". So the first day I requested a refund due to that and they asked me to continue trying them out on the smaller package and they would refund the difference. I agreed to work with them that way. They provided a partial refund difference from the bigger package to a smaller one. Then wouldn't honor the refund on the smaller package as they said they would be not being able to provide quality appointments. They told me they could offer a refund until 30 days of no results. There have never been results. What they have provided to date have been little to no results and the appointments they have provided haven't been qualified per our filtering and pre-qualification agreement. I stopped answering their calls and asked for all future communication to be done through email for my documentation purposes. I didn't want any more verbal communication as I like proof due to trust they have lost with me as a client.
I paid $1900 for the larger package. They refunded $1,150 to cover the $750 cost of the smaller package. Then when they couldn't perform for the smaller package I requested the $750 refund and they are denying it. Keep in mind they told me it takes 3-5 businesses days for a refund. It took many times of me reaching out to them and about 3 weeks and me telling them I was turning it over to my attorney before they paid me the $1,150 back.

CSC Beyond promised to deliver 14 leads for $350 since June 2021. As of July 2022 they only delivered 4-5 leads that were not qualified. After asking for a refund, they started to give the run around and excuses. Since September, they have disappeared and always promise to reach out and review the campaign, but then nothing ever develops or no efforts. They pretty much have not provided any effort since September. Now, I am asking the BBB to intervene in letting the public know how this company operates so other victims will not follow. -*****Business Response
