      Was told by representative that if I mobile deposited a check for ******* it would be available the next day. It was a check for a loan from **************** I was buying a car the next day from a personal add. Well needles to say that was a lie. They put a 4 day hold on the check. looking to take my money else where. Been with them way over 15yrs.

      I have been a member for over 10 years! I purchased a vehicle, was ALWAYS on time. (I also have a paid off loan) I was able to trade it and finance my current vehicle in 2018, and was always on time because I had direct deposit and auto draft every month. Covid hit, I lost my job and fell behind. I asked for an extension twice. Given the extension, and long story short, after the hit I took from covid, and being a loyal on time payer, I'm now in collections, my credit report shows 60 days past due, and they give 0 cares. Smh

      Had extremely difficult time depositing a check with the banks moble deposit system and the service I received from the branch trying to resolve this matter was poor. I HAD TO MAIL THE CHECK IN SO IT COUlD BE DEPOSITED.

      $6,300 was stolen out of my account using my ATM card that I never received. According to customer service, the person that stole my card withdrew money from 3 different atm machines. They shopped at ***************** bought gas, new tires and even ate out at restaurants. After 1.5 month of investigation, according to the guy that handled my claim, I received a letter stating Insufficient evidence to support a fraud claim. Im a travel nurse in ******, ** and this fraud took place in **********, ** on the days I was working. This credit union has done nothing to help. They keep me on hold forever every time I call. *** left messages on the voicemail of the person that handled my case and havent gotten a response. Am very disappointed. I am in the process of get channel 8 news anchor, ************************* lawyer involved.

      I received a Western Union refund check from WESTERN UNION and proceeded to my local SECU branch in ***************, ** to deposit it. Instead of calling to verify the check the bank teller and manager simply refused me service and refused to deposit the check because they "didn't want to take a risk". EXCUSE ME! I bank have an account, so even if the check was, which it's not, I would have been responsible not the bank. It's a legitimate check, why are they even a bank!!!

      I went into my local branch in 3rd st in *********,** to cash a check for over ******** and the teller *************************** asked me where did I get the check from out of the mailbox I said no my realtor and she said this is a fraud check . I ask to speak with the branch manager she said okay and keep typing. I stood there and she never attempted to get a manager because she knew he wasnt there. It was embarrassing and I felt like she like at me as a young black women and judged me by my appearance and she ******* accused me of stealing the check out of a mailbox and trying to cash a fraudulent check. When clearly the check was in my name and once I got upset the teller manager verified the check and it was cash. Im demanding for that teller to terminated immediately .

      This credit union is terrible!!! I paid my loan off 2 months ago and they are sending me delinquent payment notifications. I called to see if a payment was due and after they said they could not verify me, (NOT TRUE) they said they could not give me any information. I gave them all the information that was asked. I was being discriminated against because of my voice. I have never been put through so many questions to see if a loan is paid off. VERY GHETTO DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

      Do not depend on this credit union to help you with any problem My brother is incompetent to make any decisions and I have power of attorney and they will not change his address in ** to my address in **** without me going to a lawyer.

      Do not touch this credit union. They do not know what they are doing and how to help you with your needs. Their policies are to hire people who do not have common sense or how to understand written policies. The credit union took it upon themselves to steal money from an account to send back to the *** when they were not requested to do so or authorized. Even when the *** policies state what the procedures are and what should be done they got it wrong. Look to bank elsewhere and do not give this place of morons your money to look after. I'll be looking elsewhere to start over.

      I was so impressed with the credit union until I had an issue with my credit card payment. I called so they could set up a minimum payment and they set up a set payment. As a result my score dropped over 100 points and now I cannot refinance my properties or do anything else because my scores are so bad. I spoke to several people in risk management and they refused to fix this error. I even reached out to ************************************ and they said they would resolve the issue in 60 day and my score is still not updated. I feel they are targeting me and I am looking for a lawyer or anyone else who will do their job. When I received the response they lied to ************************************ and told them I had the set payment in writing when I was not even in town at the time I made the call. I think ***** *** and a few others need to be replaced with someone who will do their job. Please protect your credit we need it and I was in a natural disaster and was declined for help becasue my credit score. This is unfair.
