      Do not touch this credit union. We have had to get our credit score fixed twice because they cannot keep their accounts straight. We were just reported 30 days delinquent on a payment for a car loan that we paid off last month, and received a title release form!!

      They are eager to report you & take your money but offer no help since they avoid taking any calls.

      Please, stay clear.

      Continuously shut my debit cards off without notice and I had to wait several weeks for replacement only for them to shut off the actual card that I finally received stating that it was reported lost or stolen when it wasn’t and acted as if I was inconveniencing THEM to reopen MY card so that I could have access to MY funds. **** ***** from F***********, NC hung up on me then put a note on my account to not open my card!!! I don’t care if it’s $8000 or $8 in my account, I have a right to have access to them. After all, it’s job security for you to have people open their accounts there in the first place. I have been with this bank for several years and the lack of EMPATHY from these people has been disappointing and sick to say the least while living a time where we as people need it THE MOST. If you prefer not to provide quality customer service and be a decent human being showing kindness to others, I suggest finding a job or career in another industry.

      My account numbers were given out by someone at the credit Union to my ex for a divorce case and everyone played dumb about situation and he has never had access to my bank accounts. My accounts were always accessed online and I had electronic statements.
