    Signed contract in December 2023 for new outdoor deck, and gave substantial down payment. ***** told us they had to file permits and this the city was significantly behind. In April we were told they would submit permits, in May they said it was submitted and still waiting. In July we were still being told waiting for permits. After many months of waiting we checked with the city and no record of submission of a permit existed. ***** then became argumentative and ultimately Stopped responding. We had to get his dad involved. After many back and forth we were ultimately told to 'just sue them.'
