    Very Unprofessional! She took our money and did not answer our calls the day before and the day of . While asking for updates. She never responded . She stole our money . She was in charge of decor , food and etc. we had NONE of that at our banquet . Which caused the event time to be pushed back and dissapointed guests . Do NOT hire this person ! She is a SCAM

    As we discussed on our phone call you will be receiving a refund. Kennedy Events will never scam it's clients. As we discussed there was too much miscommunication and as I explained I needed a response within a timeframe to order the items needed due to table sizes being larger than what I informed you I had in stock before you even purchased them. I tried my best to get the items needed for you since you could not afford to pay the quoted amount. Since items could not be purchased and the event only being two days away this gave me no time to get what was needed for your event. I do ask that the threatening calls from yourself and friends stop because as stated you will receive your partial refund. We also ask that you review your contract again, since it was signed and it states "The Client understands that the Contractor may terminate this agreement at any time if the Client fails to pay for the Services provided under this Agreement or if the Client breaches any other material provision listed in this Service Contract Client agrees to pay any outstanding balances within 30 days of termination". We appreciate your feedback and will continue to do our best at providing our clients with the best services.
