    I had a technician come out to do a recalibration of a new thermostat after the original had continuous issues. He was so incredibly dismissive and rude, yelling at me and over me, that I made him leave my house. When I closed the door behind him, he slam kicked my front ******* no damage was done, I called to file a complaint and was told a "manager" would call me back. Middle of the week goes by and I heard nothing. I call back and they forward me to the owner without even saying hello. Just saw my number and automatically forwarded.A week goes by and I heard nothing.I left a review detailing the issue and after that I received an email saying they would contact me that day. I deleted the review since the owner said they would call That call never came and then 6 months goes by.Having had quality service overall and knowing a company is made of people who make good and bad choices in terms of how they interact with the world, I moved ****** 6 months later when I go to call for winter maintenance package, that's included in my package... which I paid for... the customer service rep(which is very professional) tells me that a note is on my file to forward me to a manager. The owner...I get a hold of the owner and he says he's not sure why that note was on my account and that he'll call the office real quick to find out what's going on.I've heard nothing.Reps say they aren't sure what's going on , don't know why the note is there and that I he didn't call to have it ********** is 5 days since someone was supposed to call me back and I've heard nothing.

    Note: My house was built in 2016,RMS Mechanical merged with 6 & Fix HV** and Refrigeration. So, I called 6 & Fix to set up maintenance for my house and paid them on March 7. I didn't hear anything, so I called them, and we scheduled for ******* ******** Day, May 24. He said that I needed some ** Freon. I asked him if he could add it, and he said no; he said that I needed to make an appointment with his Team Manager and he needed to come to my house, so I made the appointment for Tuesday, the 25th, the next day.The Team Manager came around 10:00 am and did a quick look at my HV** unit and said that the coils leaked and, long story short, it would cost $3,200 to repair, or best to buy a brand new Diachun, and he would run my credit and if approved then ten years (120 payment plan) and monthly payments based on how much you put down ($1500, $1,000 or $500 **************** I was approved and put $500 down. He scheduled the appointment for ******* June 1. He would not add any ** Freon or provide any cost of the ** Freon $12,000 brand new HV** Unit and 120 months payment of $166.00 with a 9.99 interest rate total of $19,200.00- they did mention a warranty of 10 years including labor and parts.Saturday, June 1, I called the Team Manager on his office phone, left a message, and his cell phone left a message and sent an email to CANCEL my Installation immediately. Monday morning at 08:30 am, June 3, I called ******************* and 6 & Fix to let them know that I canceled the Installation and to be aware. $19,200.00 brand Unit. This unit should not fall apart every six months, they kept the $500 Labor and parts warranty is not enough, I have been eight years already and first time happening. I had to call another HV** company and they came and add ** Freon for $200 on Saturday. I still have a 10 year warranty on my current ** unit. They are trying to get commission, they can charge whatever they want,

    We were contracted with ********* to finish a sun room that included a split AC unit. ********* contracted with ********* to install the unit, which was done in January 2023. Soon after, we realized that the unit was not heating, so we contacted six and fix, a technician came, then called his supervisor and spent many hours working on the unit. Subsequently we did not really use the unit since the weather did not need it. Once the summer came, we tried to use the unit but it was not working at all. We contacted six and fix, they sent a technician who detected a leak and originally the company wanted to charge us for this visit despite the fact that the unit is brand new and is under warranty. After objecting to paying any charges, they accepted this and told me they are working to get the warranty information. I got that information from ********* and sent it to them and for over a month I called several times and sent several emails asking for updates, and they called back once may be 3-4 weeks ago saying that they are working on it without giving any details. I called again 2 weeks ago asking for a supervisor to call me back, and I received no call back. I sent an email through the website, and got no response. I called again 4 days ago, and someone called *** said he was sorry and he would get an update for me, but still nobody called back. We basically have a brand new unit under warranty that has never worked and the company is not fixing it or replacing it and my requests for updates are not answered. We have this new space now that we are not able to use because this unit is not working.

    We do understand the frustration. We were hired by ***************** to install the equipment that they provided. Not long after the installation, the unit suffered an internal part failure. Due to how the unit was bought and not through us, it took a great deal of effort to get this remedied. We finally got the unit replaced with a new one and everything is working. We are very sorry for how long it took to get repaired, but the manufacturer and distributor were the hold up. We relayed this information during the process.

    3 years ago bought new $10k HVAC unit with "Same Day Maintenance 12 Year Bumper to Bumper" warranty. This was not the most affordable HVAC unit, but we paid more for the warranty. When I called to have service on my non-operational unit I was told that I lived outside the service area and they could not get to me until a later day. The company knew where I lived when they installed the unit and sold me the warranty. I was also informed that I would have to pay $100 for a service fee.
