    I strongly advise against using Allbridge **** services. In my experience, this company has been nothing short of a scam. Ive been dealing with persistent internet issues on my property that are directly affecting my business, and despite calling them almost every single day, the problems remain unresolved.Their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. I regret ever signing up for their servicesit's been a complete waste of time and money. I intend to pursue legal action to recover every ***** Ive spent.This kind of fraudulent and negligent business should not be allowed to operate, and I sincerely hope regulatory authorities take notice. Consumers deserve better.

    I live at The Spoke of *******************. My apartment has been without an internet connection for the last month. This company was suppose have a technician come to fix my Apartment's internet for the last two to three weeks and the company keeps canceling the appointment(s) for repair(s), does not show up during the scheduled appointment time for repair our apartment's internet comnection, and/or does not communicate of when or if they'll fix our internet connection.Our entire apartment community is completely without an internet connection and some of us rely on the internet connection for college purposes and work.If i may add, these constant internet connection issue(s) were happening before the hurricane(s). Just today, this company had a scheduled time to come and fix our internet connection. No one showed, and/or communicated to anyone to notify when they will actually come to fix our internet connection issue(s).The issue originally was the act of someone accidently cutting an important wire for internet connection then it turned into a bigger issue.The two or three times the company's technicians showed up for their scheduled appointment they weren't prepared and stated that they did not have or bring the proper tools needed to resolve this issue. They also nentioned that they would return with the proper tools to fix the issues. No one has returned and there has not been any communication from this company, as to, when their technician will return.If I could choose a negative star rating for this company review I would.
