Joshua says he will deliver, and doesn’t - as you will see from the review details. Very difficult to communicate with. Never answers the phone, and doesn't show up when he says he will - and with no new date committed. $30,000 of sod, plus a $15,000 irrigation system in jeopardy under his care. The most important piece of feedback for anyone looking to work with JT Watson Irrigation, is what happened with the irrigation backflow valve. We had water pressure issues with irrigation. Joshua completely missed that our back flow device had a pressure reduction valve on it, as well as other broken parts. This led to $1000's we paid Joshua to replace sprinkler heads with low flow pressure devices (makes you wonder if perhaps this was intentional, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt). The replaced heads still had coverage issues due to low water pressure. As you will see from the pictures, the lawn burned up during the hottest summer months. After being completely frustrated with the lawn dying, we called in another company (******* **** ********** - with whom we had an excellent experience: **************************************). We spent nearly $800 to remedy what Joshua missed. Part of the cost was to winterize the system, which Joshua never showed up to do as we were moving into freezing temperatures. Once the backflow part was repaired, including removing the pressure reduction valve - the water coverage was way better and within normal specifications. Additionally, Joshua said there could be a water main leak, and we gave him the required 50% deposit to check this out and repair. Turns out there was no water main leak. We never got the deposit back ($350). Joshua promised he could fix the dying grass in the fall through multiple aerations and seeding, fertilization, peat moss, and lime. He did one aeration and seeding, then stopped showing up again. In posting, we hope other households will not experience the same as us.
