  Entered into an agreement for a one year service plan and paid a year in advance. The company claimed that per the agreement, theyd automatically come 6 times a year and/or as requested in between. Never showed up for third treatment. Called them and got commitments to come several times but repeatedly never showed up even after receiving morning confirmations. We called for core aeration and again got confirmation in the morning but they never showed up. Managers excuse is always that cancellations are to be expected but poor communication about cancellations seems to be a problem. Ya think?! Would not recommend this company.

  The company Fairway Green ******** Services are not as committed to or promised by their Manager when visiting my home; as well as Follow Up from a **************** standpoint after two previous phone call communications and photographs sent to Fairway Green of my dissatisfaction with my front and backyard lawns making attempts to work through a frustrating and disappointing Instead of sending a Manager to meet with me as a Homeowner as previously committed to and promised to review and discuss my recent disappointment and dissatisfaction with the lawn results; I received a cancellation email notice sent from Fairway Green for non-payment of services claimed as provided, and threat/notification of nobody wins when an account is sent to collection for non-payment. As a homeowner I expected to have the courtesy and professionalism of promises made promises kept by Fairway Green that my lawn after nearly 1 year of service would have consistency of a premium services green fescue lawn with minimal weeds. The initial meeting with the Fairway Greens Manager was positive and I was asked to give their company time enough (6 months to 1 year) to make my lawn look exceptional in the front and most importantly backyard (photos were provided to Fairway Green) and the lawn treatment and specific targeted areas where the most improvement t was needed was not improved even slightly and I remain disappointed in the results.Fairway Green **************** committed that a Manager would contact me and we would set up a visit at my property after I sent photos.Instead of follow up by the Manager and having the opportunity to review and directly address a continuing problem my account was cancelled and I am being sent to collection leaving me with the impression that Fairway Greens strong arms their customer regardless of their satisfaction or in my case MAJOR DISSATISFACTION. Extremely difficult company to deal with who works through claims by sending customers to collection
