They confirmed no signed agreement existsonly a verbal agreement. I offered to pay the $18 difference to finish the second service; they refused. I also paid $308 for pest controlonly one service completedthen received an unclear cancellation email. I was promised a $260 refund, but havent received ************* resolution attempts:None. My efforts to compromise were declined. No refund, no breakdown of canceled services, and no response to follow-ups.

      A check refund in the amount of $402.70 was sent to your address on 5-15-2025. This is the remainder of your prepay balance. When we offered to complete the entire yard, after the customer only requested front yard at the time of sign-up, the customer demanded that he stay at the same price and said we should do it for free. We do not do things for free and cancelled and refunded the customer.

      I respectfully reject Davenport Environmentals response, as it contains inaccurate and misleading claims.
      At no point during the quote, sign-up, or payment process was I informed that the prepaid amount for lawn care services would cover only the front yard or be limited to a specific square footage. My understandingand the reason I prepaidwas that the services would apply to my entire lawn, which is approximately ***** sq. ft.
      To further support this, the first lawn treatment and the aeration were both performed across the entire yard, not just the front. Even the second lawn treatment was partially done in the backyard, clearly indicating that the services were not intended to be limited to the front yard only. If I had only signed up for front yard coverage, there would have been no reason to treat the backyard at all.
      Additionally, Davenports response does not provide a transparent breakdown of the $402.70 refund, nor does it clarify which services were completed, which were canceled, or how the refund amount was calculated. I paid in good faith with the expectation that the full service would be delivered as quoted.
      Lastly, I did not demand free services. I merely requested that Davenport fulfill the services I had already prepaid. It was Davenport that unilaterally canceled the remaining services without resolution, despite having serviced the full yard previously.
      I request that this matter be reviewed further and that I receive a detailed service and refund breakdown along with a proper resolution to this dispute.
