  Fraudulent service. My last service only a portion of my lawn was serviced by the tech. He then walked around my home with nothing in his hands.

  I decided to use this company against my better judgement because a lot of people in my community use them. They came out for the first time on July 27, 2022 to weed and fertilize my lawn. I was astonished because the technician finished the job in less than an hour. I was skeptical if he really treated it due to the fact that our lawn is .20 acres and has several weeds. I didn’t question it however because they allegedly do free service calls in between services. I contacted them on August 9, 2022 and requested a free service call due to the fact that there’d been no change in our weed population. If anything, they’d gotten worse. I received a text message from them on August 16, 2022 saying that someone would come out to retreat the lawn on the following day, August 17, 2022. I received a text message that saying that they wouldn’t be able to come out as depicted in the photo below. I thought nothing of it because things happen. I received yet another text message on August 18, 2022 where they promised that a technician would come out on the following day of August 19, 2022. I stayed home all day in anticipation of their arrival as I wanted to speak to the tech about certain areas but they no called and no showed. I asked to cancel my services based off of that along with the reviews from other peoples experiences. **** responded by coldly horning my request. What I mean in that regard is that he offered no apologies nor did he make any attempts to retain me as a customer via any type of incentive. I of course would’ve declined had he attempted to retain my business given everything stated above. Notwithstanding effort goes a long way and says a great deal about a business. With everything being said and done. I would highly encourage others to look elsewhere for their lawncare needs.

  I’ve been using Davenport since 2020. Last year I had no problems with them. This year, my lawn is overgrown with weeds. When I asked about the weeds they said the chemicals they used to kill weeds will also kill my grass. Last week I noticed large, circular patches of brown grass, upon further assessment the grass is dead and brown in color . They have burnt my entire lawn. I will post pictures on line for customers to see. I called and asked what have they done to my lawn they said that they put down fertilizer and the grass needed to be watered there after. This company neglected to tell me what they did and that I needed to water my grass. They have not offered to compensate me nor fix the problem. I RECEIVED NO NOTICE THAT MY GRASS WILL BE BURNT AND THAT I HAD TO WATER IT. CONSUMERS PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
