0 STARS I was passed along to multiple paralegals with passive-aggressive replies that felt like I was being talked down, too. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. The proposed payment plan was extremely high; that combined with my living expenses would have left me in financial hardship once I ran out of money. I was advised to pay this as long as I could & then, once out of funds, to renegotiate the terms of my bankruptcy or sell my *************** I simply could not afford to make such payments and sustain a reasonable standard of living. These ****************** would ultimately leave me indigent after 1-2 years of payments. I continue to receive multiple emails from the firm, on average 5 per month employing scare tactics to retain business. Despite my reply & request to stop these emails, they continue. I was never refunded my $1,000 deposit for filing/court fees. I have never filed orreceived an itemized bill showing how my deposit was applied. My email with ******************************* so you know, if, and when, you, once again, want to take up where you left off with us, we are always still here to help. Just know that your FREE consultation NEVER ENDS until you get all the answers and information you need. I would hope so, being that you kept my $1,000 deposit. Nothing had been filed with the court, $1,000 is not FREE. I wish you the best in dealing with your creditors by some means other than bankruptcy. Thank you for giving us a chance to at least try to help.Lastly, just so you know, unless and until you file bankruptcy, you have no protection from your creditors. Unless and until you file bankruptcy, your creditors have the legal right to come at you with phone calls, letters, lawsuits, repossession and foreclosure, and, in some cases, even wage garnishment. The paragraph above is exactly the reason I will not use your firm in the future. Employing scare tactics to retain business is a terrible business practice.

Employees here are very rude and do not know what they're doing. I did a phone interview with a worthless customer service representative claiming to be a paralegal. Her name is ***** and she was very rude and acted very unprofessionally. Even after i ended the first call this ***** called me back with the same crappy attitude. Bypass this law office because they can't even hire people with good customer service.

My husband went to this lawyer and was told he had to do a chapter 13 bankruptcy and that takes 3 years to pay off and will cost you a lot of money. When all we needed to do is a chapter 7 bankruptcy and it cost so much less and it is done and over in less time.

If I found give less than one star I would,!! I filed my case 5/2020. My case was restarted 3 different times!! My lawyer was *** ****, he doesn’t return phone calls or email. I was paying way to much and every time he would go to court on my behalf he would get $800.00. I filled all my paperwork when they would request it. They never paid a bill was I was in bankruptcy. I told them to kick me and I would save my own house. Never heard from him or anyone in the office!! I don’t know we’re the money went that I paid in but my mortgage was behind almost $6000.00 when I got out. Please do not use this company especially *** ****!!! Now the ladies in the office where nice but *** **** was rude and I told him he needs to be disbarred!!! If you ever here *** **** run for the hills.
