Only two of a five man crew showed up to pour and finish 51 yds of concrete. The two that showed up worked hard as they could. **** has large frozen puddles which is a hazard. Cannot get a call back on remedy. 30'x61' metal building arrived. Construction began with absolutely no bracing. Entire structure collapsed. Thankfully nobody was injured. Crew leader admitted " his lazy a** brother did not load bracing on the trailer". They took a big risk! This also damage my new 16' swing gate. Building was to be completed on 1/4. It is now 1/9 and building is still not complete. I flew up on 1/2 as required by Quality Steel Structures. Building was promised to be completed in one day. I have rescheduled flights three different times from ************** to *******. I have also had to extend lodging, food, rental car etc. These folks don't seem to care. I was told they would show up at 8:00am. They texted at 3:30 pm to tell me they were not coming. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been damaged to the tune of $2k plus with no end in sight.

Thank you for your feedback ******. That day the rest of the crew did not show up but as you mentioned after the pad was poured and finished that you couldn't be happier with the outcome of the concrete slab since the crew did such an amazing job. As far as the frozen water, since the slab is a flat pad as requested there is no slope on the pad which will hold some water until it dries up but because of the freezing temperatures the water will freeze fairly fast. Elite did assess the issues with the building within a matter of a few days.G. M.

Good try, there is supposed to be 3 inches of fall in 80 feet which would be more than enough to drain water. Sure I was happy with what just two men did until it rained and looked like a pond. The problem is two men were overwhelmed with 50 plus yards of concrete. This is a mess. The entire experience with your company has been a nightmare! I am a State Certified Commercial and Residential Contractor. Have been for over 20 years. I know crappy work when I see it. Your two guys that showed up worked hard but just couldn't handle it. All I ask is that you bond and fill the largest pond.G. M.

I personally had the form boards set at 3 inches of fall in 80 feet. It was not flat and you know it. There are low areas in the finish. I am a State Certified Commercial and Residential Contractor. These two guys were overwhelmed with 50 plus yards of concrete. The problem is the finish. All I am asking is for you to stand behind your work. Bond and fill the largest pond up level with surrounding concrete. Every dollar I paid you was perfect. I expect the same in return.Quality Steel Structures and Garages, LLC

That is great *** that your are a contractor, so you would be aware that altering finish floor elevation will alter the structure's elevation. Slopes are beneficial on exterior slabs, patios driveways etc. If there would been a drain then a slope towards it could have been added but there was none requested. You bring up the slab defects after installation but if you would have told us sooner the concrete crew would be more than happy to recheck the grade and fix whichever low spots you are claiming. First of all, this "is" an exterior slab for an open carport in which I contracted with your company "Quality Steel Structures and Garages" to install the concrete and carport. This **** shows that your previous explanation is nothing but word candy. Your company failed to follow "best practices" by attempting to pour and finish 50+ yards of concrete with only two men with concrete trucks stacking up because just two men could not keep up. I was personally present at the time the form boards were installed. I made certain there was three inches of fall in eighty feet for water shedding. The problem that you say I should have contacted you sooner on is not in the grade. The problem is in the finish/screeding. The ponds are in the middle of the slab. You also did not follow "best practices" by not using any structural bracing when constructing the carport which resulted in total structural collapse of the entire carport framing. You are playing word games with the wrong person here. I have previously contacted your company speaking with ****** and ******* on another occasion asking them to have you call me which you to date have not done. You now invite me to call you????? My calls not being returned is the reason I notified the BBB. I even sent your company drawings prior to commencement which I have record of sending. Also, I am requesting a current W9 from you for the $15,000 in cash you asked for. I have photographs of the low spots holding rain water with three inches of fall in eighty feet. You have my number. As mentioned, you never once mentioned there was anything wrong with the slab prior to install the only time we ever heard from you about any concerns was once the building was being installed and Elite did make the mistake on bracing the building. The last thing we heard from you about the slab was on how great of a job it was. Mistakes happen and you were reimbursed and the building was fixed. We will gladly reach out to you and checkout your concrete and fix anything you seem might need to be fixed since you never did bring it up to our attention and neither did you ever provide us any pictures.Review fromCesar S

One of my worst customer serivce experiences. No one knows what is going on. They are play this game of sending you to someone else or tell you they will call you and never do. It's frustration when you have made the down payment and no one to speak with. It's been more than 3 weeks and I am unable to scheudle the delivery date.Quality Steel Structures and Garages, LLC

After reviewing, we have several emails and phone calls showing that you were aware that lead time is 3-6 weeks once your site is ready. Your site became ready July 15th that is the moment your lead time started. A set schedule date cannot be provided without your site being ready.Review fromArvil P

5 starsGot my building installed last week. Absolutely love it. The team at Quality Steel Structures and Garages really was patient and helpful in helping me get the building that I was gonna be happy with, and I made several changes along the way. They also gave me the best prices on my upgrades, such as changing the roll up doors to chain hoist doors.... far cheaper than the competition. The crew that installed the building was great also. Very friendly and courteous. Had some good laughs with them over the three days they were here. They even worked through some rain showers. I highly recommend giving Quality a call if you are in the market. If I ever buy another metal building I would use them again. And the installation crew they sent out. I would never use this company. They were quick to take my money but its been five months and I cant get anybody to schedule me or let me know when Ill even get my garage put in. After reviewing, these are false statements. We have records your order was not placed until May 2nd which is only 3 months ago. The installers went out 3 weeks after your order date but your site wasnt ready for the install. Once that happens they have to reschedule which started lead time over again.
