      Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham ************************************************************************************ The worst hotel stay ever. We had to walk past sleeping addict at the entrance door, kill a ***** ?? in the bathroom. Smoke our cigarettes in my car due to all the drug addicts and activity outside the entrance of the hotel, received paper print out parking pass and encountered the Worst and extremely Rude Manager of a business in my Life. Since I booked online through Wyndham Rewards there was no disclosure about a $50.00 deposit fee for Not ?? smoking in the room. So I had to Pay an additional deposit after arrival BEWARE & Avoid This place That after researching for a corporate business number, I found out that there is none. They're a Franchise, which explains Why the manager was so unprofessional and Rude. 0 Stars

      When I visited this hotel there was a man who suggested I do not stay there because they found a huge water bug in their room and there children were terrified. I asked if I could see my room before I stayed and the employee and I went into the room and we both saw a bug at the bed frame and she told me she was going to take a picture of it to show her boss and for me to dispute it with her boss. I contacted the general manager via email to get a refund and the manager said that I wasnt allowed to get a refund because they offered to put me into another room and that there wasnt a bug in the room I looked at (me and the employee both witnessed a bug). She told me she didnt care that I was going to dispute it with the bank and contact better business bureau. Completely rude.

      This motel does not process their credit card transactions accurately. I was given a receipt showing that I was supposed to be charged $75 but they authorized $90.13 instead and insisted that the charge came from a different motel. They doubled down stating that they only charged me the $75 but my transaction history and my bank show the $90 being authorized. Whenever a deposit or an extra fee is charged IT NEEDS TO BE DISPLAYED AND EXPLAINED ON THE RECEIPT yet all of the receipts they show only shows the $75 charge

      The rooms are dirty and stinky. It's beyond just dirty, Stains on the bed and chairs who knows from what, I'd rather live on the streets than stay in this piece of doodoo of a hotel again. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. This place has hookers and prostitutes standing outside and the worst the manager *** this man should be fired rude and disrespectful this man needs to be replaced and have someone ho has more decency and respect for their customers, manager *** should be working as a pimp since he allows this at this hotel. I have video of the outside I wish I can post it to show how bad this place looks!
