I would give a zero if I could worst experience ever. Hours of trying to figure out what you need. I spent over $1400.00 in this store no relief I took everything back only to find out I couldnt get a refund. Dont waste your money there. Go to a real foot doctor *** will take your insurance and help you. Been over a year and I still havent bought anything, but Im going to have to buy something so I can get my money back out of this over priced store.

Hi ******, We understand arch supports can be an investment, but many of our customers find that it pays to invest in a high-quality product with a lifetime warranty. Additionally, the efficacy of our products has not only been validated by customers' experiences, but also by those in the medical community. As a reminder, we have a vast array of supports ranging in both size and style, and we have great hope that we can find the right fit for you. Please reach out to your local store or email our Care Team at ********************************* so we can learn more about your experience and perhaps find a resolution for your concerns.

In March of this year I went to the Good Feet store in ******* **(***************************************** 130) to get help because I had multiple flair *** of plantar fasciitis. I was sold a second most expensive package (which I was willing to pay in order to get relief), this was over $2000 with tax. I was assured that the strengtheners, maintainers and relaxers would help me get better. I followed the instructions given to me religiously. However after one week, I went from walking into the Good Feet store, to being on a knee scooter for two week and in agonizing pain. I had been assured they would be calling me to see how I was doing along the way (no phone calls were received). I was left the $2000 dollar worth of product that I refused to use after the immense pain I had been in. I finally went to a actual foot doctor who assisted me and ordered me custom orthotics (no three step process needed). I am now out of over $2000 in FSA money for a product I can't use. I should have been leery when I was told I could only have store credit and not a refund on the product. ( I have documentation that I had get a a knee scooter, and a wheel chair to even good to the foot doctors office because I could barely put weight on my feet). I reached out to the Good Feet store corporate and was told they would reach out to the local store and have them call me back to discuss the issue. No such call has ever been made. I would not tell anyone to use the Good Feet store. My advise would be to go to a podiatrist and have them to assist you. You will be much more satisfied and depending on your insurance you will be fully covered for your orthodics and/or pay much less for them.

RUN AWAY!!! I was so angry after going to this store! I had stopped in 2 weeks ago and there was a wait. Before I left I asked the man who was working there what the cost of the Good Feet orthotics is and he was evasive (NEVER a good sign) but he gave me a range of $250-400.My last paitr of REALLY custom orthotics-cost $400, so I the price seemed reasonable. 2 days ago I went. It's a 3-level system- they tell you that you must have all 3 pairs. I saw no use for the "relaxing" pair (if I'm relaxing I'm not wearing shoe). She argued with me and wouldn't give me a price without them.During conversations with me she talked to other people, helping them across the room. She was less than interested in my issues than those of other customers. What SHOULD have taken ***** minutes took TWO HOURS before the woman FINALLY (after 4 requests) gave me the price list. The prices for their "system" START at $1400 and go up to a ridiculous $3800. I said I was sorry that I had wasted her time, but I'm REALLY mad they wasted MY time!!First, their orthotics are "kind of" custom. They choose from several pre-made orthotics and hope to find one that fits you. HUGE difference between "Custom fitted" (Good Feet) and "Custom Made" (by a medical provider). If you go to a DOCTOR for orthotics, the medical ones are SO superior to these ready-made ones. Doctors make an actual mold of your foot and send away to get it made to accommodate your exact foot. Good Feet has you step on a paper that shows your pressure spots. Not as good or comfortable as REAL custom orthotics. And Good Feet's are 4 times the price. You get 3 sets that do different things (training, maintaining and relaxing), but really, only one well built, custom set is necessary. If you have never had **************, it may be a lifechanging experience to walk with less pain. But remember, these are NOT custom, and custom orthotics will feel SO much better than Good Feet's.

Hi *****, First let me say that we are disappointed that you did not have a more positive experience. Quality customer service is very important to us, and any time someone has a negative experience at our stores, its equally as disappointing for us, and so we were glad to have our senior manager reach out to you promptly. We are happy the conversation with our senior manager ended well, and that you were able to share more about your experience. Additionally, since the efficacy of our products has not only been validated by customers' experiences, but also by those in the medical community, we would gladly have you back in to be fitted. And so, if you require further assistance, please feel free to reach back out to us, or contact our Care Team directly at **********************************
