1 starI am dismayed at the very low level of customer care from *****. She was rude and belittling over the phone. She questioned me as if I was lying to her about the progression of a previous quote and she refused to listen to my questions and show decent customer service. We have a school that was having some leakage with hot water heater and the technician replaced CPVC pipe with regular PVC pipe and they had not fixed it yet. HORRIBLE SERVICE. When I called to speak with ************* he was rude and belittling. Don't recommend

1 starHad a certified plumber come out to tell us we had a leak at the meter. Remembered we had water line protection from ************* called *********** said they only used Modern ***************************** came out & said they could not determine where the leak was & I needed to call a person that does leak detection. I told them a certified plumber had already come & told me where the leak was again. The guy did not want to dig at the meter to look & said call leak detection people which is very costly. Then the office called me the next day & said I had 2 choices to call leak detection or have the whole line replaced at $4,000. I said we are not using you. We also had water line coverage with ***************** they sent out ********* Plumbing & found the leak at the meter immediately & brought in equipment & fixed it - NO CHARGE to us. Be very careful if you call Modern Plumbing, I feel they tried to take advantage of us. If you decide to use them always get a 2nd opinion.
