      My wife went to them for a ** scan and had been quoted the uninsured price over the phone. We then received a bill that listed some insurance company on it that we are not associated with nor ever heard of. Because they added a bogus insurance company to it with a bogus ID#, they charged us the 'insured rate' of over $1,000, when the uninsured rate we were quoted was about $400. The bill even says "we have filed your insurance. you are now liable for the balance." But, of course, had they actually contacted the so-called insurance company they listed, they would have found out we have no relationship to them. I called and spoke to the front desk there 3 times, and got the runaround. Nobody could tell me how the insurance company got added, what contact they had with them to supposedly 'file' our claim, nor provide me anyone to talk to who knew these answers. When I looked up the name of the insurance company, its not even an insurance company. My assumption is that this is a scam where they quote you a low rate over the phone, then enter in a bogus insurance company name and bogus ID# so they can send you a surprise bill, turn it over to collection, and make nobody available to rectify the situation. Despite being promised that they would 'look into it and get back to me' they never have, and the bill keeps coming every month.This is all a shame too, because the ** scan experience she had was fine. Regardless, I'd stay away from this company.

      Absolutely awesome experience! I had an MRI done today at the *********** location! Everyone was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was very knowledgeable & really cared about me as a patient! They made the process so easy! They answered all my questions. I want to especially thank ******, *****, ************** Awesome team!

      Schedule my MRI appointment to the earliest date possible as it was kind of urgent but these guys didnt provide the report till a week even though the report is promised to be delivered in ***** hours.Not going back to them ever.

      I would leave zero stars if I could. They sent us to a collection agency due to an outstanding amount of 180.00. Here's the problem. We NEVER got a bill. Ever. I called them in January of 2023 to find out what the problem was. They were going to send a bill AND pull it back from collections. I called again February 3, 2023. She told me they sent it the address they have on file, WHICH I JUST GAVE THEM IN JANUARY. The reason they can't pull it back from collection is because we didn't call them with the new address. WHAT??? How on earth were we to know that I NEEDED to send an address change if I never knew there was an amount due??? These people should lose their license!! I don't think they ever sent a bill. Why? Because if they had, they would have gotten the address correction notice!!!

      I was surprised when I got my recent bill from Cardinal Points Imaging for a 4x my copay for chest X-rays. I immediately called up my insurance company, to check my benefits for my Medicare Advantage HMO. They told me that I was incorrectly billed. I was billed 4 times for one X-ray visit at $15 each. They said since the several X-rays were done at the same time, I should have been charged for one visit at $15, not 4. Perhaps this was a computer mistake. Maybe not. Medicare is now investigating but I wonder how many other patients have been overcharged under the same circumstances and not aware of it. I plan to take this issue up with our state Attorney General's Office so this does not happen to other patients who use Cardinal Points Imaging. Thank you.
