    The deck seal that was applied to the deck already and said to come off so easily in 20 min. Did not come off but half way after five hours of spraying if not longer, more like 7..It looked terrible , he sprayed the stuff on after,still looked aweful , them mess took me 7 days to cean,the paint on my patio came off and was flecked with deck paint that was everywhere. I HAD HIM COME BACK TO REPAINT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS. I BASICALLY PAID THEM TO COME DESTROY MY DECK AND PATIO. AND CAUSE ME 7 DAYS OF CLEANING UP THEIR MESS, PAYING TO HAVE THINGS THAT WERE RUINED HAULED AWAY . I CONTACTED THEM, NO RESPONSE, MY HUSBAND TALKED TO THE OFFICE HERE, NO HELP, SAID CALL THE MAIN OFFICE, THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTION OR RESPOND IN ANY WAY. This was an aweful experience with rude business men..THE GUY DOING THE WORK AGREED, ALSO READ THEIR SALES PITCH AND AGREED IT WAS FULL OF LIES. They remove all or refuse to show any of their bad feedback. THEIR WORKER SAID THEY HAD PILES OF COMPLAINTS, THE SALESMAN OUTRIGHT lied..I should be paid for the work I had to do!! There is not enough room to show all the photos of the mess. THIS IS WHAT the results looked like.

    It is true, we spent an extraordinary amount of time attempting to remove the existing coating.  On April 15, *********************************************************** order to apply our clear, penetrating sealant, we were not happy with the way the deck looked.  As such, we applied a top coat at no additional charge a couple days later, April 18, 2024. Our technician, takes great pride in his work. We have found that the best business practice is to do whatever it takes to make the project look good, even if that comes at an additional expense to the company. In your case, we not only performed extra services at no charge, but have not collected the $1610 balance due.  In the gallery linked below, the photos from 3/27/24 are the before pictures, while the 4/18/24 pictures are the after pictures. We believe that the deck looks beautiful and now it is protected for years to come. **************************************************;

    I am rejecting this response because: the mess he did to my deck, Even the poor guy he sent told him how badly he felt leaving such a mess.. He repainted it, missed a lot, had to go over it again, took two Weeks for me to clean up the mess, the metal below my sliding door is paintless as he got that paint off. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE, DESTROYED MY DECK AND I had to pay him 1600. THEN CKEAN IT ALK UP AND REPAIR IT, THROW OUT MY STUFF AND GAVE MY PATIO REPAINTED AS WELL AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL .YES IT DOES NOW,  BECAUSE OF ALL MY HARD WORK. This guy is a scam..Look him up on the better business page. LOOK AT ALL THE FILES HES GOTTON AWAY WITH. he's still out in the neighborhoods ripping people off..He has no workers...it's all a scam.

    The photos you provided in your message, representing how you claim we left your project, were taken April 15, 2024. During that time that we informed you that we were unable to remove the previous coating to our satisfaction. As such, we offered to apply a coating at no cost to you. The photos we provided in our original response were taken on April 18, 2024 and clearly show the finished product with the new coating and after we rinsed off the painted concrete floor.     On 2/2/23 I paid DuraSeal a deposit for $1,234 for them to come spray and seal our wooden fence. On 3/13/23 they came to clean and seal my fence and I paid the remaining balance of $1,234 plus $100 tip. DuraSeal advertises that they have a permanent protection seal for fences. We were really excited that we would not have to deal with resealing it ourselves every few years. But not even a few months later we have warping and mold and mildew. The owner **** came out to see the fence in person and he said it must have been a bad batch of seal. Weve been asking for him to just refund us bc the fence looks terrible and as if nothing had been done at all to it. He said he would come back and reseal it but at this point weve told him we are not confident in their product and prefer a refund and now hes not returning our email and phone call or text.     Paid deposit of $1472 on 5/4/23 to have deck sealed with protective coat of DuraSeal which came with a 25 year warranty. Work was completed by ************************* on 6/8/23. We paid an additional $1472 after the coating was applied. After the deck had dried there was some fuzziness on the wood in multiple places. The warranty said this fuzziness usually disappears in the first 90 days. It did not. I contacted the company on 9/11/23 and asked if I could speak with someone about my concern. ************************* *************) called me back that same day and requested I send photos, which I did. He responded via text we will get you on our schedule and call you back with a day and time. I did not hear back from him so on 9/20/23 I texted him again requesting an update. He has not responded.
